I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Lesego Daniel Molepolle at The Courier Guy. I was overseas when my parcel arrived, and the pudo locker collection period expired, which could've been a logistical nightmare. However, The Courier Guy team swung into action, ensuring alternative delivery arrangements were made, and Lesego took the reins to see it through. Despite the time difference and my limited availability, Lesego was incredibly patient and understanding, going above and beyond to keep me updated and facilitate delivery. His dedication to customer service was evident in our interaction, leaving a lasting impression. Thank you, Lesego, for your unwavering commitment to excellent service.
Great service, my experience with the Malboro branch is always seamless.
Capitec Bank has reversed a debit order as well as an online payment i made to my internet service provider WITHOUT any instruction from me. 1. If my internet had not been switched off I wouldn't even have known. Firstly on Twitter they stated that they were aware of this and resolving. They merely removed the "disputed" status from the debit orders but DID not return the money to my account. I then went and now disputed this so the funds could reflect again in my account and then i went online and PAID the service provider on 05/05/2022. On 07/05/2022 Capitec reversed the online payment, no funds into my account AGAIN. If you're banking with Capitec please double check your debit orders, also, I want my money!
I have received some great service from Rentoza and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent appliances. My rental was accidentally damaged and from the time I reported it, Richard was in constant communication even on the day of collection/delivery. Such a breath of fresh air working with people who actually value my business.
Still struggling to reverse an unauthorized debit order with FNB - the voice prompt just directs you back to the app but the app only reverses small amounts, this is a debit order that I have stopped previously!! Can someone please help?
It's a struggle to reverse an unauthorized debit order with FNB - the voice prompt just directs you back to the app but the app only reverses small amounts!! Can someone please help.
Hi FNB Team, is this the ONLY option we have now to reverse debit orders? Having to do this for the second time I must say its pretty exhausting and very unnecessary. not sure why the bank decided to do away with a service that we pay for! I would like to reverse a debit order I stopped - the service provider is being unethical and changing the references and even the name. Again I must mention how exhausting this is - we pay fees as well as some additional service fees and yet we have to run to such sites to get you to simply reverse a debit order. You're going to loose loyal clients over this!
I need to dispute and stop a debit order and i'm not taking the nonsense from FNB that they cannot do it and I must therefore call the service provider. Service provider is just as useless and i want my money back! I have called over 50 times and the machine that we're made to speak to just tells you to use the app (The amount is bigger than 200 so...) I have tried using the messaging channel on the App - MOST USELESS service ever. I have also tried to use the COVID Real Help option and I'm sure I've done it over 20 times and still no help. PLEASE DONT REPLY TO THIS WITH SOME LAME GENERIC RESPONSE FOR THE SAKE OF REPLYING. Also, some of the things you've introduced may be innovative but totally useless to your clients because sometimes we need to speak to a real human and get REAL help. We don't just call the bank because we are bored!
My FNB accounts have miraculously been closed and the bank apparently cannot see anything from their side. I don't have access to funds, i can't make any payments and i have sent screenshots showing the error and yet still no help from FNB. When you call you're told to use secure chat which is the most useless channel because the agents give you the same generic response. I had to resort to Twitter to get some kind of reply which was also ultimately useless. I'm moving banks, just wanted to tell everyone that your money is not safe with FNB because they can't even see what's wrong.
I need someone to please assist me reverse a double debit order from a service provider, the app or calling in hasn't helped at all and i'm starting to be frustrated as i need the funds back in my account urgently. Please give us back the dignity to decide what happens to our money that is in the bank or just allow us to reverse debit orders bigger than R200 if the bank is inundated with calls due to the pandemic. Will appreciate if someone can get back to me on this and offer some REAL help. Thanks.
