This company is terrible! No customer relations. They don't answer the phone. Their chatbot is a mess. They don't respond to emails. I regret signing up.
I am struggling to get through the number that Lendplus has provided. It has been three days now and they are not responding to my emails as well. This is with regard to the settlement of my loan. Can I request that I be contacted to sort this matter out.
I find it very funny that Midcity has decided to charge me R172 for using the wrong reference number despite sending proof of payment to them! I have never heard of such garbage! Anyway I'll pay that R172 and I hope it brings more clients to you. Midcity is such a pandemic. Welgevonden complex was much better with Impact Metering.
I was wondering how often do you update our profiles because the information you have on me is inaccurate. The data that you have on me is totally different from what major credit bureaus have - I do not need to mention their names. As a result, this information is hurting me. While other credit bureaus have updated my score - my credit score with JustMoney keeps on going down. What could be the reason for this? I do not have a lot of open accounts but the credit score simply won't improve. There was a time when I involved my lawyer earlier this year and the discovery was shocking. We were told that someone has just made a small payment towards a prescribed 2015 account - is this even legal? And mind you, it happened earlier this year.
