Honestly this should be a zero star review!!! Firstly received an incomplete order, with excuses about moving warehouses and stuff not being packed properly. Then the absolute shocking lack of communication, Candice was very quick to send a courier to collect items for return, but I've been waiting 3 weeks already for my refund! This is poor business practice and quite honestly amounts to theft!!! Disgraceful!
I have been trying since 27 September to reconnect my number - the agent who did my contract upgrade somehow deregistered my number from the MTN network and NO ONE has been able to reconnect me. I've had excuses from Loadshedding affecting systems, call barring resets, and technical glitches, to manual network selection on my phone (several times), profuse apologies for the inconvenience, promises of escalation to specialist departments AND STILL NO RESOLUTION! In the meantime, I'm expected to continue paying for a contract on a number I CAN NOT USE. This is utterly unacceptable that no one is willing to assist, aside from the generic platitudes from social media agents, I've had absolutely no technical assistance from MTN on this. Do you want a reference number??? SMC/00019611525. All relevant additional information will be linked to the reference number. You can't even phone me on my MTN number that I've had for 20 years, so good luck trying to call me to resolve this issue!!!

Purchased a Cielo cantilever umbrella in 2017, and when querying for a replacement part I get told they import the umbrella, but don't have the parts that i need, and that I should contact "The general stores who specialize in outdoor furniture". Other "general stores" won't assist me because this is not their brand. As an importer, I think it's incredibly poor customer service to tell your customer to go elsewhere if they need replacement parts for YOUR products.
