I placed an order with all items showing that they are available, now I'm being told that most of the items are sold out yet they took my money, I'm being told the remaining funds will reflect in my account in the next 3 to 5 days!!!why where the funds taken in the 1st place? This is meat and bread that I needed today now I can't get them because my money is gone, and when I called I spoke to a guy named Shalton who for some reason did not want me to speak to his supervisor...I keep getting this disgusting customer service yet I keep going back to pick n pay asap!!!they don't care about their customers at all.
Mombisos is a ****!!! These people went into my account unauthorised and deducted money, the email that's on their website doesn't work and when I call I'm being told that I must send an email and it will take 7 working days and I must send an email, when I ask why they debited my account they can't even explain...I'm so angry that now u have to wait 7 days for my money!!!
We have been with the school the whole of 2025 and all was well the 1st two terms, tern three we did not receive my daughter's results and were told that they had a problem with the system...we still have not received results for term three and now term four, when you call they will give some story of the academics lady being in a meeting and when you try to communicate with them on whatsapp they just blue tick you...I even sent an email this morning but still there did not respond to me...they have the nerve of telling me that they are overwhelmed with new applications.
I bought a tablet for my Daughter to use for school at pep in mall of tembisa in June 2025, I have the exact date and I still have the box and everything I just misplaced the receipt and I'm being told that the system does not keep records for that long..how is it that such a big company deletes transactions after 20 purchases? How is possible that they are able to find it when you still have the receipt but not when you misplaced it? The device is still under warranty yet I can't get it fixed because no one is willing to assist. I spoke to Jabulile from the call center she than put me through to her supervisor Amanda and Amanda promised me that the area manager would get in contact with me but the manager didn't even bother giving me a call...I'm really disappointed in the service. I can't be expected to go pay to get the device fixed when it is clearly still under warranty, why is it giving me problems six months after the purchase? I would like someone to please give me a call and get this matter resolved.
Worst service provider and even worse customer service, the fiber is down half the time and they couldn't be bothered with their clients. I have been with them ever since they started in my area and I still ask myself why I'm still with them, Linteg hasn't been the same ever since new management took over all they know is that they want full payment at the end of the month for a service that is down most of the time. I was told that I can't get a discount even when the service was out for over a week...they are they worst!!!!
I'm very disappointed in the service I'm receiving, why am I only finding out now that this is a rental phone?I went into pep to buy phones for my girls and I was offered foneyam the guy told me I would own the phones after a year!!!! My contract is supposed to end in October to my surprise I received an sms to let me know my rental has been extended to December. What rental What? What nonsense is this? I refuse to pay a cent extra and I want this issue sorted out...
I'm still waiting for an apology regarding the driver that thew my groceries in my yard and just took off, these drivers do as they want and know that nothing will be done !
Asap is a nightmare, I have never experienced such disappointing customer service. I placed my order just before 12 in the afternoon and my order only arrived at 20h00 in the evening after I had gone to the store a waited for 2 and half hours to be assisted over the phone and I was told my order went to the wrong store. When the driver arrived in the evening he just threw my order into my yard without notifying me that he has arrived or anything.only saw my bag the next morning outside and by then it was too late my dogs had already damaged everything...asap is ******* 🗑I'm still waiting for them to call me back to explain why the driver did what he did and atleast an apology.
