You never pick up the phone nor reply to emails, for the past 5 months I have struggled to get any support. Today I have attempted to phone over 20 times, you just cancel every call.

They never pick up their phone, they only cancel your call. Today I have tried over 20 times, not one call has been answered.

Worst fibre connection.
Vodacom has a monopoly in the area I live in, there is no other service provider in our area, so we are forced to use them. We have been regularly having problem with fibre over the past year, sometimes going without fibre for up to 2 days. Without fibre, we cannot work.

POPIA: Harassing Phone calls Multiple times a Day
POPIA I have received EIGHT UNWANTED phone calls in the past 24 hours with 5 different numbers, that I have to block every time and then you use a new number to harass me on. I DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICES!!!! I have attempted to have my number removed MULTIPLE TIMES, but your people HANG UP every time I request my number to be removed. How is this professional? WHY would I every want to do business with a company that harasses people ALL DAY and ignores their right to have their own number removed?!?!?!!
