I regret taking my Mercedes Benz’s to prime media. They are so unreliable: got into a car accident on the 14th of January, they took it to go bid and said an assessor will have to assess it. They then never sent me a report of the assessment the went ahead and took it to a panel beater in pta west. Not taking it to Mercedes Benz or an accredited dealer. The panel beater only worked on the body the assessor never assess if the accident had affected the engine, the engine was never assessed. Took my car from the panel beater after 2months drive it home after one day the engine light was on and flushing out smoke I then had to take it back to the repairer. The guy said he’s not a mechanic he’s just a panel beater , my worry is why is PMD taking my car to someone who has no clue about engines especially a Mercedes, and why is as the assessment not done accordingly. When a car is involved in an accident the first thing we check is the engine. The assessor never came back to me. I’m dealing with a lady called Wendy at PMD she said senior assessor will be calling me to inform me, but no one has called me. The panel beater decided to drive my car to a dealership without my concern , after I told him the car is not drivable. That could affect the whole engine. No one is liable for my car even Wendy said it. The panelbeater is blaming PMD. And PMD is blaming the panel beater. No one cares. It’s been months. Since January, and this was not a major accident , they only fixed the part they saw on the picture. An assessment was not done , otherwise my engine wouldn’t have been okay. NO ONE IS LIABLE FIR MY CAR. I’m in pta today they wanted to take to a Merc dealer in the south of JHB. It’s like my car is a business transaction. Until no one is responsible. Everyone is blaming the assessor. Till now the assessor hasn’t called me as per Wendy in legal department and decided to hang up on me. After they drove my car Mercedes Benz that has never had an engine light on and smoked to a dealer without my consent.
Got a horrible experience from steers vermuelen CBD pta. I placed an order online through their app. They accepted it , they then called me to say they don’t have ice. I’m like I need the milkshake, ok then why don’t I get a refund , so that I can order at a different steers around so that I get the milkshake perhaps. The lady by the name of Thabiso as a manager felt like she was being considerate but she kept shouting at me. Till now she hasn’t delivered my food. From 4:30pm. I told her I’m not feeling well and I’m not going to be manipulated with what ever she wanted to say….why did she accept the order ???? I’m still awaiting for my food that I planned to eat as my dinner for tonight as I’m not feeling well. I used a voucher that was purchased for me she’s says I’ll get back after 7 working days. I’m like that’s my last money that I’ve used. She didn’t care how I feel. People don’t really care about customer service. Till now food hasn’t be delivered. Sent emails and tried calling and got no answer since 16:45. Even at the head office: what a terrible Monday. People don’t care!!!!
Nombulelo just called without any solutions. She just hanged up on me when I wanted to speak to a supervisor. She can hear I’m frustrated, but she acted so ******** and careless. And decided to hang up. She’s not professional. While I’m talking and wanting to get solutions she doesn’t respond with solutions , she just wants to hang up. If you can hear a conversation with the lady from legal and your unprofessional consultants there’s a difference. Nombolelo doesn’t care about customer service and I’m keeping records. This insurance has been so unprofessional to me and I just want to change it. I have paid access fee from January I got the accident. They telling me they haven’t found the parts. I’m not even sure where my car is.
I have a terrible experience with PMD. They left my car in the rain, I’ve been called by 15 different people telling me lies that my car was not moved , the others said it had been moved to a panel beater , it’s been 3weeks, a consultant by the name of Yvonne put me on hold for almost 30minutes until the call hung up, she then transferred the call without notifying me that she’s transferring me. Now they want me to pay an access fee while my car hadn’t been assessed and they want me to pay the panel beater for all the repairs. They **** to me that the car had been moved not knowing where , I asked them for an sms to know where the car was taken to and all the voice recordings of a lady that called saying she’s from claims , she’ll be assisting with the assessment, I haven’t heard from her and I haven’t received the sms only to find out it was actually not moved.
So disappointed in Mercedes Benz Wonderboom dealership. Should have listen to my gut feelings. My car never gave me problems , now that it’s from there it has major things. The customer service is bad. No technician talks to you or advice. They allocate everything to a booking agent. Collected my car yesterday after weeks and weeks , no technician has spoken to me or checked up on me. I’m so disappointed , the service was bad!!!!!!! After collecting the car I still have to focus on it again after they kept it for long. They took advantage that I’m a woman I don’t know anything, but that shouldn’t be the case. This is my car and I’m entitled to know. I’ve been driving for years and had many cars. Never experienced such service and no communication from a dealership. I believe in thorough work!!!! And going over board. Then leaving other things without explaining !!!!! What if those things affect my car!!!!! And I don’t need to drive it, why not advise on service and I’ll pay for it??????? Nothing was just left the way it is!!!!!
