I am extremely dissatisfied with the recent error made by MfC Nedbank. On the 20hh of December my account was debited twice, resulting in an incorrect charge of over R6,000. Despite reporting this issue, I was informed that the refund process would take 14 days, which is unacceptable given my current financial obligations. This is not the first instance of such an error, as a similar issue occurred in September. I find it frustrating that these mistakes continue to affect my finances. Furthermore, the customer service I received was unhelpful and rude. I urge MfC Nedbank to resolve this matter promptly and improve their internal processes to prevent future occurrences. I am considering alternative financial institutions due to these repeated issues and the lack of satisfactory support.

Despite promptly providing proof of payment from Discovery Health to them, I have been subjected to persistent and harassing emails and phone calls from Van Rhyns Attorneys threatening to list my name with credit bureaus. I believe the repeated contact and failure to resolve this settled matter reflects poorly on your practice and suggests a need for review of the processes and oversight of your appointed attorneys, Van Rhyns Attorneys. I request that you address this matter urgently, ensure appropriate handling of paid accounts, and instruct your attorneys to cease all further contact regarding this resolved issue. I hope for a prompt and satisfactory resolution to stop the unnecessary stress and harassment I am experiencing.

The ongoing harassment and failure to resolve the matter despite clear evidence of payment suggests incompetence and poor handling of client accounts by Van Rhyns Attorneys. I urge them to review their processes and cease further contact on this settled matter, reflecting extremely poor service.
My wife was admitted at Netcare Waterfall city mid March 2025 and I am having frustrating experience with Dr. Carrim's office and Netcare regarding a Personal Medical Assessment form that Dr Carrim was supposed to submit to Discovery Medical aid to pay medical bill, Discovery has been sending reminders to the Doctor as they can not authorize payment without the medical assessment form and I have also sent email and phone calls to the Doctors office. However, Despite multiple attempts to contact the doctor's office, I haven't received a response. The lack of communication and assistance has caused delays in processing my medical aid claim, leading to threats from lawyers regarding outstanding fees. Netcare is also sending me reminders for payment while payment is delaying because of their *********** and neglectful Doctor. Netcare should have ensured that all necessary documentation are sent to the medical aid for payment. I am now left with 1 month to reach six months since my wife was admitted and when we reach six months the medical bill will be expired and Discovery won't pay the medical bill anymore. What a frustration from Netcare waterfall city and their *********** Dr Carrim.
