I will never use their gym services / membership ever again.
I will never use Virgin Actives gym services / membership ever again. I was **** to about the contracted amount, and when I queried this, they delayed sending the official contract, which I could not cancel within the initial month.. I noticed that their branch manager Loyiso from Sunninghill Branch did not act appropriately to ensure that this matter was resolved in December and then continued to debit my account, even after emailing them and requesting them for them to acknowledge. I am highly disappointed to say the least.

Never use this company again..
They don't mind loosing customers over their policy 14 days deposit pay back.. Whilst they have received the car in perfect working condition.. I hope this company fails for a lack of better words to find..

Airline made my year!!
I have to thank Airlink for going the extra mile and customer care team (in particular Tsepho S) in resolving my flight booking and payment concern. The team was very efficient, understanding, swift and flexible in resolving my query. In all sincerity.. I have never had customer service from any airline in my entire life as excellent as this. Keep up the great work and appreciate every moment flying with Airlink.. I will definitely be using this airline in future. Best Regards Denis Cesano

Disappointed by Private Banker and Home loans
After having been a loyal customer for a number of years, I have been messed around by the homeloan department and private banking. I requested for a banking holiday for 2-3 months and was not interested in their COVID-19 relief scheme, which I personally think is a trap scheme for many. Fnb you guys disappointed me, especially for what I'm paying. The private banker did not assist promptly and has resulted in a number of issues on my accounts. I then requested whether I could draw funds from my homeloan to cover my credit facility and after having put an 80% deposit on my homeloan you reverted to the capital amount from which I can only draw 40k.. Wow.. Why don't I have access to the 20% deposit that was outlayed..
