I was harrassed by the call center Mr Price Mobile. They wanted to give me a simcard with airtime and told its not a contract and it's a once off, should I wish to have it as part of my account I must call them to activate that service. Months down the line I realized they have attached the sim to my account without my authorization amd was billed about 600 to date. Mr price staff are crooks i have requested the about to be back dated and my account credited. I have never used that simcard and have no idea were it is. I will close my account should this not get resolved asap very annoyed and disgusted.
I bought a perfume for my birthday on the 22 September 2021 RiRi by Rihanna at DMF Eastgate.When I got home I opened the perfume and sprayed it on, the perfume does not last longer than 10 minutes, it fades off as if your not wearing any perfume. Disappointed I returned it and requested a refund, the cashier called the operations manager of Dmf DARREN PADAYACHE on the 16 October 2021 I told to him about the perfume and it's defects, he said they do not take returns on perfumes. That he will contact the supplier and get back to me to this day I have not heard from DMF or the operations manager. I am very disappointed in their customer services I mean surely when one buys a product that has defects and cannot be used for the purpose it is intended for those are grounds for a refund.
I am in the process of buying a car , I did a pre-approval through standard bank car finance in February and all was well , it was over the phone and they sent me a pre-approval through my email and I was advised to send my documents to [Email Removed] when I had found the car I wanted to buy , I did that yesterday and I called the number 0860 000 000 to find out if my documents had been received and no one knew what was going on and they kept on transferring me from one person to the next . The documents were sent after the second application because the first one had obviously expired. When I called today I was told they would contact me in 12 hours from receipt of documents or alternatively I'll need to go to the branch I applied at for assistance which is Cresta shopping centre. Keep in mind I am staying in Pretoria East. Their service suck, buying a car should an exciting experience. I'm really disappointed and I wanted to conclude everything this week looks like that won't be possible.
