I bought 2 x Heavy Duty Shelves. The shelves are clearly Temu quality and I struggled to assemble them due to the poor manufacturing tolerances on the metal parts. The 4 legs of the shelves are flimsy at best and you can bend it with your bare hands. The shelves are 4 mm Hardboard (not really heavy duy at all). The shelves do nt fit prperly due to poor manufacturing tolerances. Do not buy anythign from this retailer. You will be wasting your money. After assembly the whole unit is still somewhat wobbly. I expected the shelves to be at least 1cm thick. Without the middle supports on the shelves this entire structure would collapse. If I return it it will cost me an additional R150. I have already wasted R599 per shelve plus shipping. I will take the loss and NEVER order from them again.
I have received a notification from iMile Logistics for payment of Customs Duty and VAT on my Ali Express import order. The item I ordered does not have any import duties and onlu VAT at 15% of Value x 110% should be payable. They have charged me almost DOUBLE the amount they should have. There is also no transparency on what the charges are made up of. Customers should be able to get a breakdown of the charges on a valid invoice from the logistics company. I phoned iMile Logistics who informed me that I must contact Meilli Logistics, who does the clearing. iMile Logistics could not give me a contact number for Meille Logistics, even though Meille Logistics does the clearing on behalf of i Mile Logistics (do you also smell a rat here?). There is no direct contact phone number available for Meilli Logistics and they do not repsond to emails sent to their email address. Furthermore, I believe that iMile Logistics purposely refuses to give out Meilli Logistics' contact number as there are probably many customers with this same problem. I have now reached out to Ali Express to get this issue resolved. Most customers probably just end up paying the ridiculous amounts levied by this shady logistics company. I will claim my refund from Ali Express for the full purchase price if this issue is not resolved. Imagine how much money is being taken from unsuspecting customers by this ********* logistics company. This should be stopped immediately.

I have signed up for Transunion TrueCredit report, which is a monthly subscription service. I did this to monitor my credit rating while clearing some disputes. I was done with this and wanted to cancel my subscription. There is no subscription cancellation available on the website when you are logged in. When I phoned them I was given all kinds of lame excuses that they are busy with maintenance (an obvious lie). They told me that I am unverified and that they could not help me until I send my ID and Prood of Address via email. I was never asked for this information before I tried to cancel my service... When I asked for a reference number for my query, I was told that they do not give reference numbers for this. I asked to speak to a supervisor and received numerous excuses and lies why I could not speak to a supervisor. I requested that a supervisor call me back and I am still waiting for this to happen. I am 100% certain that this inability to cancel a subscription is done purposely to keep on collecting money from helpless consumers. Eventually I was given an email address that I could request cancellation of my subscription on. I sent an email to brittaney.steeneveld@transunion.com to request cancellation of my subscription. I have not heard back from her yet. The worst is that I am pretty sure if I instruct my bank to stop payment they will blacklist me themselves on their own platform. This organisation gives themselves out as a company who assists consumers. Nothing can be further from the truth. I would appreciate confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled. I would also appreciate it if they give customers the ability to cancel it themselvesdirectly on their website!
