You guys are really pathetic i just got my internet fixed last night now you had to go ***** EVERYTHING UP AGAIN!!!!! Why is my fibre modem showing loss of signal agian i just had everything fixed last night this time ill leave this poor review wil never delete to give you a good one again
I am truly amazed evotel calling me at 21H30 to resolve my issue i have with no internet connection the operator was extremely friendly. I am glad that he could help me get my internet connection back in such a short time despite my ISP being Afrihost . Would gladly switch over my internet directly to them if i could.
Wow amazing and fast service had 2 orders i placed online go through without any issues despite me ordering big quantities from them. I am pleased with there products i will definitely order from them again in the future.
I struggled November 2023 and December 2023 with my fibre internet connection and now 2 days ago my internet just goes down unexpectedly. I logged a call with my ISP wich in turn logged a call with eveotel now they sorted the issue of loss of signal and probably connected me to a fibre line that doesn't connect back to my ISP so i sit again with no internet.
I have a top up contract with no phone on that contract i ended up loosing my phone a month before the contract is due for an upgrade. I contacted vodacom to be able to upgrade my top up contract with a handset but they refused to give me an upgrade i had to instead apply for a new top up contract with a handset before they will allow me to have a phone. So i was forced by vodacom to gwy a new contract with phone that was unnecessary and to cancel that top up contract after i recived my phone was also expensive so i decided to keep it at my cost amd ended up canceling the top up contract when the 24months was over. What makes it even worse is when you apply for a contact like a top up contract Vodacom tells you you can choose to change and upgrade to a bigger top up contract at any time even if it is not within the upgrade period as long as it is a bigger contract but you cant simply downgrade or cancel at any time, but in that time i had a contract with no phone and i wanted to simply get a phone with my current top up only contract that wpuld cretainly make it a bigger contract but they didn't want to allow that. To me that is just lying really
Wow struggling so much with them on one of my fibre installations i had to call Evotel directly to sort it out and wondering why am i a client to afrihost calling evotel to sort things out why cant afrihost do that really poor service from afrihost if
Had an issue with switching from one ISP to another as the old ISP didn't canceled and released the fibre line so i couldn't switch to another ISP but once i reached out to Evotel they managed to get the fibre line released so that i can switch to the new ISP thanks again to Thato for making that happen i am so glad ill be able to stream again as i didn't have any internet since 21November 2023
Evotel is just so bad.... i have 2 address one is my family home where i pay for fibre and i am trying to get my fibre up and running at a second address i am staying at but they keep on giving afrihost a message that another internet service provider is connected at my address witch is not true but everytime i contact afrihost about this afri host says they cant do anything when evotel says that they cant even apply for a fibre institution as they say the address is connected to another internet service provider. This issue started 2 months ago where i had to swear and send bad emails to avotel and afrihost just to get 1 of the address connected but now i am still struggling with the second address and evotel is just not wanting to solve the issue
Terrible service i had a fibre connection then one day it wnet down logged a fault i could clearly see it wasnt a fibre issue as the fibre modem would have indicated there was a loss of signal. I opened a ticket with axxess to check my internet setting, and they kept reffering me to evotel and sead they would send out a technician but that 2 never arrived. I eventually decided to rather cancel my service with them and 2 weeks after i cancelled then they want to check settings trying to get me back as a customer asking me to pay before they will look at the settings. Why does it have to take me to such an extreme to cancel my service before you are willing to help me but then demand money but no assurance of internet as by then i was already a month without
Evotel is pathetic cant even connect a house where a fibre line wasn't used in 8 months. I haven't used the line in 8 months because i wasnt home and when i come home i want to re activate the fibre line that is already installed and has no issues evotel cant assist me because simply they are useless for 3 weeks i have been waiting and still nothing even when i log calls and being told 28 to 72 hours ill be halped each time but no assistance every time i hate them already i just want to switch to another fibre provider unfortunately they are the only one available in my area
