Mondo opened a fraudulent Telkom account on my behalf and I have been paying for a contract that I don't even have. I called their call centre and I was told to email an affidavit and a copy of my ID (with 3 signatures). I did that on the March 29 and I only got an automated response. On March 31, Thulile from Mondo Team acknowledged receiving the documents but nothing was said or done after that The deductions are carrying on to this day!! I tried solving the issue with Telkom and they send me from pillar to post....A bunch of fraudsters!! They hire criminals because it's their employees who collude with other criminals to open these fraudulent account and Mondo doesn't bother to close them down because Mondo benefits from these criminal activities.
Terrible service! A fraudulent account was opened under my Telkom profile and deductions have been done form the past 4 months. I reported the issue and email documents to Mr Manyama at the call centre, it's been over a month now and the deductions are carrying on, no updates, no feedback. I sent a follow up email to Mr Manyama on the 15th and he didn't even bother to respond.
I ordered a headboard and a storage box, it took about 10 working's and I received my order (in Nelspruit). Beautiful products and I love the quality of their work. Thanks Shannen Living for making my day and for a great service!
Bought a couch and coffee table in December and I was told that they were in stock and I'll receive them by the end of December. I didnt recieve anything and then I went there mid January I was promised that in a week's time i'd receive the delivery...since then they have been shifting the delivery by a week and even today they told me it's gonna be delivered next week......This is such a terrible customer service and nobody knows what is happening, the stuff says different things but they all quote the "system".....I'm so disappointed......I'd advice everyone to think twice before buying from Coricraft, if you can get an alternative product elsewhere, i suggest your go there for a piece of mind!
MTN is so unprofessional it's frustrating! I reported a fraudulent account and I was informed by MTN that the issue was resolved and the fraudulent account was cancelled. I have been receiving calls from their debt collectors (VM Attorneys) even though MTN promised that their legal department will inform the external attorneys to remove my name from their list. I decided to block their number and their are now terrorizing my family members! When I call MTN I'm told the same story over and over that the account has been cancelled and should have a bozza day....Bozza day my voet! MTN just tell your debt collectors to leave me alone, Call them..here's their number 078 295 56 54
Today I went to cell c to apply for a cellphone contract and they picked up that I have a contract with MTN. I went to MTN Riverside Mall and found out it was a fraudulent account. MTN told me that they can't cancel the fraudulent account... now what do we call that? Someone fraudulently opens an account in my name and now I can't clear my name. what happened to Consumer rights?
I got a sms from Telkom that I'm due for an upgrade early in February, I then called to do the upgrade but I was told the upgrade system is offline. I then called a few days after that and I was told to do an upgrade I have to go to a Telkom store. I went to Kolonnade mall and I sent to a Telkom Direct store which is at the retail park opposite the mall. Telkom direct was offline and I was sent back to Kollonade, the one lady said I must bring a 1 month bank statement OR a payslip, ID copy and a proof of residence. I didn't have those document, I then came back the following day, I got a different lady who now said I must bring a 3 month banks statement, proof of residence,ID copy, AND a payslip. This really p**sed me off, I didn't go back to the store. On 22 Feb 2016, I then received an email from [Email Removed] to inform me that I'm due for an upgrade and I must reply to the email to be contacted by an agent. Today is 17 March 2016, I still haven't heard a thing from Telkom. 3 days ago, I went to the website an applied for the March special data offer, I was also promised to be contacted by I haven't been yet. Is this how Telkom treat it's all customers???
I subscribe to Altech Netstar Cyber Sleuth Supreme , which is their highest package. On the Friday the 25th I experienced a breakdown and my car battery lost all the power . My car was parking next to the road up until the early hours of the morning (2:30 am) the only thing I received from Altech Netstar was just an sms to say \Battery removal violation contact Altech NetStar"and that's it. No call to my cellphone or to my alternative number...NOTHING...even if I was being hijacked NetStar wasn't gonna pick it up...but when their debit didn't go through (which was their fault by the way)"
