Be careful when you want to make use of Home-Connect. The router that they supply with your fibre will only allow wifi signal in the room the router is located. You also can not get hold of them. You have an option that they call you back but they don't. I have referred quite a few new customers to them but will not again. Their service seems to get worst in time. I am considering cancelling my subscription.
My vehicle got clamped when I parked for 10 minutes on a Budget/Avis parking spot next to Woodford car rental office at Cape Town International airport, trying to explain that we were not made aware that vehicle will be clamped and they had many parking spot available. They did not accept any excuses and had to pay R500 cash. I had to go into airport building to ATM. Obviously I will never make use of Budget/Avis ever again..

Worst ever service. Bought item and when i want to install half the parts in box were missing. It is impossible to get hold of anyone at branch to assist. Phoning Builders WH contract centre is so frustrating, they will transfer you to the branch and then the call will go dead. I phoned 5x times and no luck. Please avoid doing business with them to save you a lot of frustration.
Was sceptical after reading the reviews but still ordered a laptop. The whole process went smooth. I was impressed with the service.
Please do not even consider to use Sandak Lewin Trust as managing agents. They will give a new meaning to incompetence. Its taking them a year and one month and counting to problem solve and fix a leak in bathroom.

Please never enter in a contract with Momentum Investo Retirement Annuity (RA). My EAC is: 1 year = 17.4%, 3 year = 9.2%, 5 year = 7.1%. Much rather go with the new age RA providers, cost is much much less. I have now paid my school fees. Please don't use insurance companies for this stuff.
I wanted to deposit a large amount of cash at the ATM N1 City branch Cape Town on the 9th April. The ATM was full so I was unable to, I then proceed to have the cash deposit over the counter but request ATM deposit rates (not my fault ATM is full) The teller then request that I speak to the manager, Justine. I asked her if I will get ATM rates if I deposit the cash over the counter, she said she needs to send the request and will know within 24hrs?, previously same thing happened and I was assured of reduced rates before I deposit the cash. She even suggested to deposit at another branch, which is ridiculous given the security risk. I did not appreciate her unwillingness-to-help attitude. It is now 3 days later and still no communication regarding request.
