Moneyversity points for 2026 are registering as 10 points = 1 cent, instead of 10 points = 1 rand. This is frustrating as there is a discrepancy and the completion of tasks is not being paid accordingly. The issue is yet to be resolved.

I encountered a rude agent by the name of Khanyisa on the Nimble WhatsApp chat on 13/12/2025. I had a query about a payment arrangement as I received an SMS about a failed debit order, which I did not consent to. She was being dismissive and condescending and did not directly answer questions related to my query, but asked me rhetorical questions instead. She did not help me and abruptly closed the ticket. I do not expect to be treated like this and hope Nimble will improve their customer service.
Last week I contacted Bash support to cancel my click and collect order at G-Star Raw Fourways Mall and I was told to wait for the collection period to end. This period ended on 07/12/2025, it has been two days since and there is no communication from the store regarding cancellation and a refund. I do not wish to collect the items and want a refund and hope this can be done as soon as possible.

They charged my card five times in one day! What level of incompetence is this? When I previously had an issue and went through support yhey did not process my refund for two weeks until I wrote a complaint. Their billing system and customer service is absolutely ridiculous!
I canceled my order on 25/08/2025 and have yet to receive a refund 8 working days later. Their online chatbot gives contradicting information and email support is yet to respond after 3 working days. This is unacceptable, I want my money back.
