Bad system in place
They have a reward system but trying to use it at the shop doesn't want to work and then your points just get cancelled .Very poor system !!!!!!!!!!!!

Old sewing foot sold at new price
I bought a supposed to be new button hole foot for over R300 last month. When I got home and took it out of little packet the lady put it in the one rubber was loose and at close look I saw that it definitely wasnt a new ons. I phoned the lady at Elna shop in Somerset west and she promised she will get a new one and send it via pep. We'll 2 months later and still no feedback

Vodacom poor service
I canceled a contact in January already. They still deduct the money from my account after numerous phone calls and promises that they will refund because I don't use that tablet anymore. It's now really getting redicuolis.

I cancelled a contract last month send all documents and proof of payment and they still continue to deduct payment and did not cancel.

No medication
Last month I had to fight to get my patient medication and this month it's exactly the same story all over. The medicine was due at beginning of December still nothing after a lot of phone calls. They promised to send it last week still nothing. This patient is on anti depression and anti psychotic meds therefore he can't be without it. What is going on????????????? +++?

How can a medical aid pay for a patient when admitted in hospital for a night but if she go to hospital for a day procedure she needs to pay 30% co payment.Do you understand this logic.These are old people with little money.

bad service
Fnb just decided to froze a flexi home loan account without any notice !!!!!!! Now I need to send all kinds of documents.This is pathetic.I have been a client for more than 40 years.

Bad bad service
They have no idea what is going on. Don't send medicine in time. Send admission on receiving an email but when you phone they say they never got email although you get a query number. Totally pathetic
