FNB Loan
On the 15th of December 2025 I received a call from a lady/ consultant by the name of Thembi regarding a settlement offer for my FNB Loan. She advised that if I pay the account on that day the 15th of December 2025 MBD will grant me a 20% discount. I agreed to pay the amount and also send her POP. She advised that she will send the POP to FNB so that they can update my account and also provide a settlement letter in 14 days. We are now in January haven't received any response from Thembi. Now I have new debt collectors calling me about the same loan. I am honestly disappointed at Thembi 's level of professionalism. @MBD can I kindly get my paid up letter.

Order not delivered
I placed an order on the 21st of November. Even today I have not received my parcel. I logged a call on Wednesday at Carla assured me that the order will be delivered soon. Thursday I called and was told I should receive the order today. Can I get my money back as you guys can not fulfill your promise. I am extremely annoyed and disappointed.

Withdrawal
Hi at Betway, on the 16th I made a withdrawal of 1300 to my Capitec account. It showed on the app under withdrawal transactions that it was paid into my account but the money still not showing. Can you kindly check your systems please.
