I purchased a 6 litre Bennet Read Airfryer from GAME Stores in Westgate Roodepoort in August 2024, the air fryer stopped working, I took it to GAME Westgate and the representative from TEVO booked it in for a service she said I will get an SMS with teh repair number, STILL NO SMS and when I call there are 2 Kagiso's taht give be run around a Ruanza or something that says he will call back and no one ever calls me back I paid R1500 for that air fryer no one can tell me where it is when it will be back or give me a repair number
shabby workmanship no communication took three weeks to deliver lounge suite and then delivered a broken set
Below zero, We went into Rochester Clearwater mall a few month ago we wanted to purchase a new lounge suite it took forever and many trips up and down to get the credit application there was always an admin issue we did not want credit but in SA you need credit to build a credit score so we thought oh this is a good one and we will just pay it off super quick. The deal never went through admin issues finger prints this and that. so now we go and the suite is on sale so we buy it CASH. Its been two week tow weeks, the first set was delivered damaged we sent it back, the next set still has not arrived at 18:00, we asked the delivery guys not to deliver today 16 Dec because there is no water in Joburg and we are on our way out he said he MUST do it today that was at 11am and he will be here in an hour still nothing at 18:00.

Where is the minus 10 Rating Still no fiber connection since 1 June 2024, the install and activation is supposed to have been done its been up and down, round and round, one person to the next! WITHOUT RESOLUTION when we call ticket is CLOSED! We are even on MTN LTE Home internet now as VODACOM is completely useless call and they say the ticket is closed and still no connection what is the point really. THEN MONTHEND THEY WILL TAKE A FULL MONTHS OF PREMUIM AND TO CANCEL IS WORSE OF A NIGHTMARE. Day light *******!
My fiber was meant to be connected on the 1st June to date nothing everyday every call center agent every message says 24 hours and its bee 144 HOURS still nothing. I can rather go to MTN Home WIFI plug and play, but of course I am locked in for 24 months and will have to pay for a full month although I didn't get to use it yet, this is ridiculous
I bought a DEFY washing machine at GAME that was not working, it made a very bad noise. I complained to DEFY and that was such a mess. I eventually went to GAME Clearwater mall and Irish helped me she said that I should have come directly to GAME and they would have assisted me , she then went as far as having a new machine delivered to me and told me she would take up the old machines issues with DEFY she kept me updated throughout the process all the time even after 5 in the afternoon. She apologized profusely for the bad service DEFY gave me even though it was not here fault. Its so rare to have such great after sales and customer services.
Quick to reply so hellopeter can say they "good" send out a technician for a broken appliance that I was never able to use since buying it less than 3 months ago. But no feedback no follow up on when they will get a part and when it will be fixed imagine buying an item for almost R7000.00 and its just standing absolutely useless piece of machinery. Would not recommend anyone waste their money. I had a Samsung washing machine for 17 years still working gave it to my niece when I thought I am upgrading meantime DEFY is a downgrade
I bought a washing machine in December. I was away upon my return I unboxed and used it and it makes a very bad noise. I have used it maybe 3 times and the noise now sounds like a grinder I cant use it. I logged the companit on the 30th Jan it took defy 2 weeks to reply, I rep**** with the required infor and now another two weeks have passed and still nothing. I am sitting with a useless machine because I cannot use it. I want to return it for a full refund because what is this?
Just WOW, imagine on spring day pedi season kicks off and you receive a -1 "DREAM PEDI" rather a nightmare, first my the****** was late so the receptionist started my pedi she did it dry not soaking of feet just started then the the****** arrives and takes over soak feet what ever then as the apply polish there lights go so she does it in the dark with her phone torch eventually Clearwater malls generators kick in and I am sent off nails not even dry smudged as I walked out.... Okay I give them a break load shedding is the pits I am t shedding … R340.00 down the drain. Never again
