Top CV have no clue what they are doing and after the 4 revision they still never got it correct. I asked for a refund and was told I can only get back 40% of the money due to work that was done on my CV. No work has been done to my CV and after the 4 revision it still has corrections - so what 60 % am I paying for
At the beginning of my contract with Fredd Fiber, I was invoiced 1 and a half months for services that was only active for a month. I sent an email to ********** on 05.10.2017 stating I wanted a refund because I have proof that I only required services from a specific date due to me ending my services with another internet service provider on that specific date. I still have not received any feedback from that email ! I tried phoning " ********** " so many times on different days and NOBODY answers the phone ! I truly dont know why they have a phone number if nobody answers the phone ! I was also without services for more than a week and again tried phoning to sort out the issue but again NOBODY answers the phone! I AM PAYING FOR SERVICES THAT I NEVER RECIEVED! I have tried and tried to phone to resolve this issue but still NOTHING !!! What is wrong with this company !!!
I recently had my car repaired after a dog ran into the road and damaged my car. My claim was approved except it did not include the spot light so I phoned in (each call lasting over 30 minutes) asking why my cars quote did not include the spot lights which that model came standard NP 200 ICE. Discovery then told me that it was their mistake and the spot light would be added to the quote and that was 2 weeks ago. I phoned Discovery again after the panelbeater phoned to say they never received the approved quote for the spotlight and I was told they would contact the panelbeater an sort it out. Today 18.12.2017 I went to collect my car and sure enough the spot light was not on and when I asked why they told me they never received the approved quote for the spotlight...What more is there I can do...How many times do I have to phone in or try to sort out this simple issue...
I recently had an accident and fortunately my car was not damaged but the 3rd parties car got damaged. After a month and a half, the 3rd party started phoning me because he tried emailing and phoning Discovery to finalize the claim but got no feedback from Discovery Insure. I phoned Discovery on his behalf and got told it takes up 4-6 weeks to finalize it’s now at 8 weeks and he still has no feedback. The 3rd party wants to take me to court about this and what more can I do. Every time I phone in I get some excuse or another instead of just letting me know exactly what is going on. What is going on at Discovery Insure ?
Today I visited the Carnival Mall Edgars to look for a specific pair of training shoes and was not able to find them at that store. Vuyo Dinga was the person helping me look for these shoes and unfortunately could not get them but offered to look for them at another branch of Edgars which he found the pair I was looking for. Thank you very much for finding them for me Vuyo and thank you for the great customer service I received. It’s people like you who make a difference in everyone’s perception of customer care in this country.
Nompumelelo Bandezi helped me resolve a third party accident claim within minutes - service like this is outstanding well done and thank you for making an already stressful situation so simple.
Aubrey Adoons assisted me with my claim, to which I replied as to why there were certain parts not covered in my quote and I got told that they were “after market” parts. I bought a Nissan NP 200 ICE limited edition that comes standard with all these extras hence it being a limited edition. I have also requested that my vehicle be repaired at an approved Danmar Auto Body Repairer in Meadowdale that is just down the road from where I live and got told they are not on the “approved list” of auto body repairers but the Danmar Auto Body Repairer in Benoni is ? They are one and the same company how can one be approved and the other not When I emailed Aubrey concerning this and to add a courtesy car to my profile and he never responded to any of my emails up until now ! I sent an email to ********** and I still have not received any feedback, so where do I go now everything I send via email to resolve my concerns falls on deaf ears. I tried contacting Aubrey on numerous occasions and he is always either not at work or busy on another call - I even left messages for him to contact me and still no response - what is Discovery Insure coming to ... with employees like these... How frustrating is this if you have a query but can't find someone to tell them your problem ?</p>
<p>I CANT PAY FOR MY ORDER BECAUSE THERE IS NO OPTION TO PAY WITH MOBICRED AND I TRIED TO PHONE IN TO SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT BUT AM UNABLE TO GET A CONTACT NUMBER - EVEN UNDER THE HEADING "CONTACT US". HOW CAN ANYONE BE HAPPY EMAILING LIKE I AM DOING NOW - ITS A WASTE OF TIME !!!</p>
<p>I Rory Ivan Bell, have cancelled my ADT contract in March 2017 reference number EF875C258AB25 as per the consumer act. I recieved an email from ********** stating quote "1. You purchase your contract. This would amount to 3 months subscription charges applicable to the customer at the time of cancellation" I have paid the required 3 months subscription and phoned ADT to cancel the debit order only to be told by bmegalane that I was meant to pay the 3 months subscription all at once - this was not stated in the email, how did I deviate from the instructions emailed to me. What is happening with ADT if this type of attitude is accepted, I worked for ADT and would always use ADT as an armed response service provider but if this is whats happening at ADT now then I really dont want to use ADT again. This attitude and behaviour is totally against what ADT is all about. Is it now acceptable to try swindle ADT clients because we want to cancel our contracts according to the consumer act 2008 ? I followed all the procedures to cancel my contract legally only to be told this nonsense from bmegalane.</p>
