Wanted to buy cctv cameras during black friday 2025, but reading the after service messages I'm going to save myself a LLOOTT of heartache, and just go to TakeALot.
.Please offer me assistance: renewed through rtmc but useless skynet courier company delivered my discs to the wrong address, now I tried : cannot call them, cannot email them, cannot whatsapp them, cannot FaceBook them, package 11 working days overdue and received no communication ! What to do ?
Good day, I have today visited the FNB branch in Sandton at Benmore Shopping Center and the following two FNB Staff members were outstanding in their patience with me, maintaining their professionalism and assisting me and until the repeating problem could be resolved with FNB Home Loans, I commend their service, thank you Lalita (Branch Manager) and Godfrey (Welcoming staff member and helping out behind the service desk also)
I reviewed other posts on Hello Peter wrt Nettpro, and requested to meet before I made a decision and deposit. The work was carried out today 20 Jan 2024. I am quite satisfied, and can recommend this company both for their pricing and work standard - the staff also knows what they are doing - correlating with Georges remark that he has been doing this for 17years.
Please help Tuesday 19th December 2017 Fourways Mall I go to the Fourways Mall Telkom store and request a SIM swap for two numbers one prepaid SIM number to become a contract number and the opposite contract number to become a prepaid SIM number I am told that it will take 24 hours and a copy of my ID is made in the store Wednesday morning 20th December 2017 customer care line I call the customer care line and am told that no order was received to do a SIM swap I give an instruction for a SIM swap to be done but I’m told that I need to return to the store I asked that the matter be escalated Wednesday afternoon 20th December 2017 Fourways Crossing Telkom store manager I telephone the Fourways Crossing store manager and explain my problem he responds and says that he will call the store and sort out the problem and that he will call me back I do not hear back from the Fourways Crossing store manager again Wednesday evening 20th December 2017 Telkom Sandton City store I see the manager at the store and he confirms that no order was placed he cancels my contract number and provides me with a new prepaid number and SIM he orders a SIM swap as per my request I am given a new SIM for a prepaid card and I accept the one-time pin that is sent to my device and is told that the order will be completed in 24 to 48 hours Thursday 21st December 2017 Friday morning 22 December 2017 customer care Operator informs me that the request for a SIM swap was cancelled as well as the initial contract cell phone number I receive a reference number for the escalation of the complaint To initiate a SIM swap as per my original request Friday morning 22 December 2017 Telkom store Cresta Mall I sent an email to the person that I took the contract out with at the Cresta Mall Telkom store I forward the same email to the Cresta Mall Telkom store manager I do not receive any reply to the emails sent Friday afternoon 22 December 2017 Telkom store Fourways Crossing I go to the Telkom store in Fourways Crossing where I have asked for the original SIM swap on Tuesday The attendant at the store only now realises that it is a Telkom prepaid number that must be ported to a Telkom postpaid number, they previously thought it was a cell phone number from another service provider that needs to be ported. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE ON DAY 4? I am told that "P" in the Fourways store will try and sort out my problem I asked to speak to the Fourways store manager but am told that he is not there and the attendant does not know where he is "P" sends me an email to say that she has escalated my request Friday afternoon 22 December 2017 Sandton City store manager The Sandton store manager phones me and leave a message asking if I have come right with porting the number I respond and say no not yet he responds and says that he sees the request has been cancelled I do not know why the request has been cancelled Matter UNRESOLVED after FOUR days
