Rage store Pavillion Branch. I purchased 4 pairs of shoes on the 30/12/2026 and wanted to exchange 3 pairs for another pair that's more suitable. One pair was reject and was peeling on the ends and the other 2 was never worn and in the box. I provided my bank statement reflecting the purchase and I was refused assistance because it was outside of the stores 30 exchange policy. Rage stores have contravened the consumer protection act which allows a customer exchange, repair or refund within 6 months of purchase! I will never support this business which I have been doing for many years. I walked out leaving the shoes behind which I'm sure the store will sell and benift. Most traumatizing and disappointing experience.
Dishonesty in accessment report on refrigerator! Upon questioning the report it was changed bt the accessor! Even after *****ulently changing the report it still did not prove that the problem with the refrigerator was true!
Consultant Kamo/Thabang produced a false technical report on my insurance assessment regarding my fridge. They had not technical expertise and also provided the report without opening up the respective components making a false report. I have been prejuced by their lack of expertise. The Consultant got paid for a false report and I'm without a refrigerator which as resulted in food spoilage
I had a claim logged for my fridge which is malfunctioning after a power surge. My claim was rejected after the accessor provided a report with only pictures of the fridge and no mechanical checks advising the fridge needs gas. In this instance the accessor got paid for his incompetence and Nedbank did not ffg due diligence in requesting for a technical report. I also believe that the protocol of filling gas if that was need should have been carried out by the nedbank as a process of elimination case the actual compressor or other mechanical parts have been compromised due to the power surge resulting in the malfunction.
I purchased furniture from the house and home Pavilion branch Westville Durban upon delivery my driveway curbing was damaged by the delivery truck. I immediately reported it to the branch manager Keren. despite repeated follow up the matter has been ignored. I require the house and home group head to have my driveway repaired urgently!
