Poor service from Discovery Invest
I am disappointed with Discovery Invest services. I sent a request for partial withdrawal instructions. They request copy of ID, I sent it through and financial adviser sent through, they decided to cancel the withdrawal instruction.1 reply

Poor *** I requested partial withdrawal on a matured investment, they have not processed my payment for the past 3 weeks, I called to request to speak to senior manager I was put on hold for 45mins at the end of the call, I was told my query has been escalated I will receive a call back, no call back nothing has been done.1 reply
