Poor service from Discovery Invest
I am disappointed with Discovery Invest services. I sent a request for partial withdrawal instructions. They request copy of ID, I sent it through and financial adviser sent through, they decided to cancel the withdrawal instruction.

No delivering of my parcel
I have been waiting for my parcel for the past week for it to be delivered but I don't get a response when Fastway couriers are delivering my parcel.

Metropolitan Life - Dissatisfied with services
I am very disappointed with the services of Metropolitan Life Soneike branch in Kuilsriver Cape Town. I request a withdrawal of 1/3 of three pot savings on my retirement plan. They told me that I need to come to the branch to fill in forms because my banking details do not correspond. Upon signing the forms, I saw that the forms do not speak of withdrawal of 1/3 three pot savings but the forms speak of full withdrawal of my retirement fund which was not the instruction. On top of that I am not working and I am charged 40% tax on the full retirement fund. The Metropolitan Life branch manager said she will investigate and come back to me but nothing. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services. Metropolitan Life has placed me in an unfavorable financial position.

Poor service from Old Mutual Life Assurance Administrator Gavin Augustus
Poor service@oldmutual.com I requested partial withdrawal on a matured investment, they have not processed my payment for the past 3 weeks, I called to request to speak to senior manager I was put on hold for 45mins at the end of the call, I was told my query has been escalated I will receive a call back, no call back nothing has been done.

Miway insurance was so helpful when I was stuck on the side of the road on a cloudy day. The claims consultant was very efficient and responded promptly to my needs. The process of ranging tow truck was seamless. Thank you Miway for the excellent service provided to me today.
