I have been dealing with topscent since February 2025 and they were suppose to refund me my monies since then but becausei wrote a review on their site about their service, they have been asking me to remove my review then they will refund my money, however i refused ai said people must know how they operate. each time they promise to refund my monies but i have yet to see a refund as they email me every month to reconsider my review and delete it then they will do a refund. It s quite sad how they operate and dishonesty.
Good day . It's really disgusting. How long do you people take to sort out a query. Not even to talk about returning calls. Several people promised call back like *Waiden that escalated my query and Veronique Cedras, and then Allie* . This is pathetic, the type of service that is given, but you are quick to deduct your money but no after sales or support etiquette. Can someone please get back to me ASAP WITH ALL MY OPEN QUERIES. OR TICKETS
With them they are all about sales and not after sales care. I've had a solar system put in when all this loadshedding business started again in 2022. Now, I am not a technician, you reply on the experts to do their job. It cost a pretty penny to install and then paying a monthly fee which covers your maintenance and once a year inspection. I've logged several calls that our batteries was not charging and it's a problem for me. After a couple attempts, eventually they sent out two technicians to come and inspect. It was then said, two of the panels were situated on the wrong place as it was not getting any sunlight, because of a double story next to our house is blocking the sun. They said the first technicians that installed should have know this and placed the panels elsewhere on our roof. We have a very large flat roof, so there is ample of space.
I called in to tell them to not increase my policy as I won't have that amount and I asked them to keep me on the lower premium as im not working. However comes the debit order date they show me they deducted the full amount which was double. I asked for half the refund back as I was promised I will be kept on the same premium They then refunded me half my money back as requested. it's like you speak to one person but the messages doesn't filter down to all levels.
Telkom is incompentant with re-instating my fibre line and this after they cancelled it by accident. Its been 4 weeks and each time someone cancels the call or open ticket.. I just want my line re-instated but no one seems to understand this. This was their erro and now I am being penalized for it due to their stupidity
Telkom is pathetic with regards to queries they transfer from pillar to post then they are rude on the line and don't responsibilities then they just drop the call
Arrangements were made after o told consultant I'm not working they take off two payments from my account in a space of a week 😡
I HAVE PLACED A ORDER (and paid 5 weeks ago) WITH AFRIHOST FOR NEW INSTALLATION AND ROUTER ETC.... EACH TIME WHEN THEY CONTACT VUMATEL someone gets the ticket reference incorrect as to what they must do. It's been almost 6 weeks since this has been logged and i literally all every 2 days just to be told they are escalating it and i just wait 48 hours. It comes and goes and still nothing gets done. I honestly don't know how many escalations this needs as it seems it gets escalated to management but management themselves do not know what to do. I'm at my witsend with these people that cannot get an order right.

We had the worst experience ever on Monday, 12 October 2020 when we as a family had my niece's birthday dinner at Blowfish restaurant. It was suppose to be an enjoyable evening but turned out very unpleasant with the service we received from the waitress. We were a table of 20 with one waitress serving us and oh my were we waiting on our food forever in a day with 5 kids starving to death..... taking note we arrived especially early and order early at 6pm so we can leave early because of the kids having to go to school still the next day. People who arrived at the restaurant a hour later than us and an hour and a half later than us, received their food first and we were left hanging and when we eventually received our food, it was cold to say the least. How disappointing. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE TO HAVE ANY SORT OF MEAL, IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING IN THE LEVEL OF SERVICE AND THE PRESENTATION OF THE FOOD. I know the lockdown has grounded many people, but if restaurants wants to stay open and attract people to their place, they need to up their level of service and not skimp on their food and still increase their food prices, its ridiculous.
