_Poor service we experience from the online system and consultants we speak to when we make calls is on another level -

They have introduced the online access and still failing to assist us. Their service sucks -When you call they answer Amd keep our calls on hold.

Terrible service ⚠️⚠️⚠️
Why they still have a landline number when they don't answer it.They answer my call and keep me hold.-!!!It’s been 2 weeks of going pillar to post of being assisted for my Claim to logged I keep on be sending and still no assistance. Someone is not doing their Job -bad service. [CASE ID: C-20260302-006582]

Uselesssssss What a **** -:-$$$&$$ F***k that **** -How come my review being removed without any resolution -Was just promised a callback well knowing that they won’t make it -This betway thing is *** -I’m now on same incident and now I don’t what they want happen…Eazy for us to lose when it comes to our wins we get through some hard times that’s ****ed up man -I won’t recommend any1 to opt betting with betway -Yerr Standard bank must also investigate the instant money made they also included -I sent em an email and still no response useless nxaa Reply (

Payment issues
Too good and simple to deposit but difficult to get to assist with the payment queries when we won -Betway is a **** now they withdrawed my money and reference me to Standard bank where the bank Also refers me back to betway… I won’t recommend anyone to bet using betway🤞
