No smart shopper card, no reward.
I love pick n pay, however, rewards can only be obtained using your smart shopper card. Being forgetful, I tend to leave this card at home, causing me to be disadvantaged in store.

Refund required, but NO help whatsoever!!!
Duplicate payments have gone through to PrimeLoans from my side. I have called them countless times using my registered number and it immediately shuts me off. I have called using a different number, but the robot doesn't give much options and when I select option 5, hoping I'll be put through to an agent, i stay on the line for hours with no answer. I have sent countless emails daily, but haven't gotten a response yet alone assistance. I'm not sure how I'm going to get my money back from this company at this point. I am frustrated and honestly wouldn't recommend them, merely for the fact that their customer service is extremely poor. I'm going to have to investigate further, how I'm suppose to fight for my own money. Hope this can somewhat help.
