Bad Customer Service. I called to enquire about the return. Ayanda **** to me about the return days, I corrected her referring to the policy on their website. They no longer take my calls and I wish to have clarity on what is required of me. ****mers
I am writing this review to warn every prospective client about the nightmare experience I had with Dial Direct following a recent vehicle accident. Based on my experience, I believe this insurance company is a ****. Complete Claim Denial and Prejudicial Assessment I was involved in an accident, but instead of offering assistance, Dial Direct treated my claim unfairly. The circumstances surrounding the assessment felt subjective and prejudicial. Ultimately, my claim was DECLINED ENTIRELY, and I was left with absolutely NO MONEY to assist with the repair or replacement of my vehicle. I am now forced to bear the full financial burden for the loss. Unacceptable Customer Service and Delays The process of handling this claim was deeply flawed: Assessor Refusal to Cooperate: I immediately raised an issue because the assigned assessor showed no willingness to constructively assist me or work towards a fair resolution. Dispute Administration Failure: After the denial, I lodged a formal dispute. The "dispute admin" took an unacceptable five weeks to respond, only to confirm their negative decision. This extended delay is a clear failure in service delivery. Final Verdict Dial Direct prejudice their clients and provide zero support when it matters most. I would not recommend this insurance to even my worst enemy. Stay away.
