I am absolutely shocked to see how difficult it is to log in to my online Discovery Health account. The login process changed a while ago, now you have to enter an OTP. But the OTP is not getting through to my email or SMS. There is a number you can call but then the system asks for an OTP again, but it doesn't get through. Then your call is transferred to an operator, but it rings and rings until the line is disconnected. How pathetic. Discovery Health is making the process as difficult as possible to get in touch with these people. Discovery, I tried my best, now you can contact me. Thank you.

There is a problem with the online license application platform at ICASA. If you enter your email address in the application section, the server freezes. There is no communication channel to talk to ICASA about this, this is the only channel and I wonder if they will ever heed this.
Very, very, very, very, very slow internet and sometimes no internet, especially during load shedding - no internet access. Please fix. It took 3hrs to write this complaint, that's how slow Telkom Mobile is in my area. Aerorand West Middelburg Mpumalanga.
I ordered a few items, on the website next to the items it says: 5 to 6 days delivery. I thought by myself, well that is not too bad, I will place my order. But after I made the payment, I received an email from Takealot telling me that my order will be shipped 14 days from now. Why now all of a sudden it's 14 days and not the promised 5 to 6 days delivery? I am not happy at all.
It's the second time now, Prepaid24 updates the web page and then there are functions that are not working anymore. Now if you click on Steve Tshwete nothing happens, it only returns to the current page. So, I can not pay may account. My suggestion is: First test the update and make sure everything is working before you publish it. Please fix it so I can do the payment.
Telkom Mobile, what is the issue with the extremely slow internet the last 2 weeks? It does not matter where you are in Middelburg, the speed is pathetic slow. I can't believe I'm still paying for such a bad internet. Please fix it and report back.
Last month there was an issue with Prepaid24 website payment section. I made a direct EFT to Prepaid24 and thet said to me they with pay the municipality, this never happened. So, where is my money??
