I am really unhappy about the quality of your watches. It is terrible. I bought the T081420A about 5 years ago, now a button fell out without me knowing and it looks like it has water damage. About a year ago I also bought the T Touch Solar, also water damage and then I eventually returned that one. I will never buy a Tissot again in my life, it seems your watches will not last and is of poor quality.

Dear Delonghi<br> <br> Your (only approved service agent in CPTN) has cured me from ever buying or recommending a Delonghi product again. For more detail go and see my post on S&H Electronics and 4Home. <br> <br> To summarise, they do not understand what customer service is and appear to be completely incompetent. Booked my coffee machine in for a service in Jan 2016, had to follow up from week 2 as I never got any feedback, then followed up daily. Finally I got it back 3 weeks later. The machine I handed in had at that time made 2993 coffees, the machine I then got back was on over 9000 coffees, further investigation reveals that they gave me back another machine. It appears as though they logged the model number on Job card instead of serial number, as there are now a few machines with the same serial number, so how on earth will the right owner ever get back their actual machine.<br> <br> Then the manager has the audacity to tell me it took me long to figure out its not my machine. What a chop!<br> <br> Delonghi S.A, you are a premium brand, this service provider is causing you damage, I will not buy a delonghi appliance again as the after sales service is appalling and certainly never recommend or see S&H ever again.<br> <br> Neil
