Shocking and deplorable service from TAH and TAH Pen Vet. They take your money, the admin staff don't care about animals. They have treated my cats deplorably and taken thousands of rands from me and yet they still owe me vaccinations for my cats that IVE ALREADY PAID FOR. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
I had a great service with Yolanda from Momentum; really helped me with my insurance and policy!
I received my new Vodacom Router but had no clue how to set it up. Claudel from Mondo assisted me and in no time all my devices were set up with mobile wifi. Thank you so much for the excellent service and for your great help!
I'm never going to buy another Hyundai vehicle again and I'm looking to sell my car as to never ever deal with their incompetent service again. Several things happened:<br> <br> 1. My car was serviced on the 30th June at Hyundai The Glen. The new cam belt they put in immediately failed and my car broke down, leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere. I then called both Hyundai headoffice and The Glen. They replaced the cam belt that evening after my complaint.<br> <br> 2. My car is emitting strange noises after the service, even after my cam belt was replaced.<br> <br> 3. My car was given back to me dirty , they didn't even wash it. And the leather on my gear shift stick was broken when I had just fixed it.<br> <br> 4. I was charged for a new gear box and a clutch, the car is only 5 years old with 93 000km on the clock.The price was exorbitant.<br> <br> 5. It took them two full days to do a service that should have taken one day. They never sent me an electronic invoice at all! I had to get the price telephonically. Do they not have computers?? The power was out, they don't have a generator. I still have not received an invoice but had to pay nonetheless. They never answer their phones.<br> <br>
