Arrangement not captured
I spoke to an agent trying to make arrangements but I dont see anything captured i keep on receiving messages to say payment will be deducted double why was the original arrangements not captured

*****ulent debit orders
I am so ****ed I called this people to let them stop debit orders going off my account i told them which acc I want to remove they still didnt do now I have to pay them 1500 for unpaid debit orders I will be moving my account to another bank that values their customers,no one called me on my previous complaint nedbank is better than this useless bank you are only reaping us off I told the service provider to remove those debit orders they refused my bank fnb also is refusing because they are benefiting from me Useless bank if you cant assist your customers from unwanted debit orders then why am I using u as a bank ??????

Payment arrangement not done correctly
I just saw my statement today it says I will be paying 7k ??? I spoke to a lady and told her that I will make payment arrangement not for you guys to deduct double I am not in a good position to even pay that amount it is difficult to even meet the normal installments I can only be able to add 600 on top of the normal installments please divide the debt by 6month and include it on my monthly payment dont do as you please as if you guys are the ones who will be liable for this debt 7k are u serious??? Why dont ur agent listen I requested payment arrangement for the areas didnt say I will pay 8k this month 😤

Debit check mandate,*****
I have been having problems with debicheck mandate I spoke to this people that I want to pay by hand month to month they keep debiting my account is always on minus because of this debi mandate I even told fnb agent that I want my fnb and direct axis insurance and LegalWise debi mandate should stay the same but the rest must be suspended but the agent said there is no way I must speak to tje service provider so I am really sorry although I love fnb I am moving my account to another bank how do I speak to people who dont want to remove the mandate and causing me 1500 monthly????because of unpaid 115 amount

Debit order date not followed
Can you please explain why you didnt adhere to debit order date given to you ???? I saw that you came into my account on the 22st and debited but who told you to go on the 22st my agreement date was on the 25th with you So now I am being charged unpaid fees because of you 7407275642080 I never miss any of my debit orders but you just messed up my acc

I am so ****ed off because of this ****mers I regret ever taking a loan with them They keep on deducting on the 21st and the 25th Friday they deducted again on the 21 my debit mandate says the 25th and I see they will be deducting again on the 21st they took money meant for funeral 😔 I had to go borrow so why on earth are you deducting twice ???? If you deduct again on the 25th i will report you to ombudsman you must deduct the last payment in January the 25th stop ****ming wer do u thing i get the money to pay twice in this economy did I sign up that I will pay twice nonsense let me see you deducting I will report uou to ombudsman
