For a company that hosts millions of websites, your support channels are non-existent. I've repeatedly tried to use your online chat, only to find it consistently "greyed out" and unusable. You offer no direct customer help email, forcing us into limited options. When I resorted to calling, I was met with excruciatingly long wait times that not only wasted my time but also used up my mobile call minutes, all without ever connecting to a human being. This isn't just bad service; it's a complete failure to support your clients. What has happened to GoDaddy? As a customer for nearly a decade, I am shocked by this decline. Your current lack of accessible and responsive customer support is unacceptable. You risk losing loyal clients if this continues. Beyond that, the damage to your brand reputation on sites like Hello Peter will be significant. I demand urgent action to rectify these customer service failures. Show your clients that you still care about their business and your own name.

The most frustrating aspect of your platform is the complete lack of a clear unsubscription process or accessible customer support. I was forced to interact with a bot because there is no way to reach a real person for assistance. These repeated deduction attempts are causing me to incur bank fees, which is completely unacceptable. This level of non-existent support and unauthorized payment attempts is highly unprofessional. Unacceptable Customer Service at Cash Crusaders, Amanzimtoti I need to file a formal complaint against two managers at the Cash Crusaders store in Amanzimtoti. Today, I attempted to return a faulty kettle and microphone purchased earlier this year. Upon arrival, I found two female staff members, including a manager, engaged in personal phone calls at the cashier's desk. We had to interrupt them to receive service, and their initial attitude was extremely rude. When I explained that the items had stopped working and I wished to exchange them (and was prepared to pay any difference), both the manager and her assistant rudely stated that the items would be sent for repair. During our conversation, they deliberately turned up the in-store music to an unbearable volume, making it impossible to communicate further. I specifically pointed out how rude and unprofessional this behavior was. Your staff urgently needs proper customer service training. They must learn professionalism, how to treat customers respectfully, and how to handle personal matters without negatively impacting their work. Customers are essential for your business's survival.
