Today is the 3rd time my order is delivered after 5 in a business address. So much inconvenience where one has to come back from home to come fetch the delivery.
I have been communicating with a gentleman by the name Raynard from the beginning of my exploration trying to sell my car. Although I haven't sold my car as yet however he has been following up with me without fail and now I am ready to sell.
I purchased a brand-new Haval Jolion from GWM Haval Mokopane in July 2024, trusting that I was receiving a quality vehicle with full manufacturer support. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the battery fitted in the vehicle was not the correct specification, which has now impacted the validity of my warranty. This critical information was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. When I raised the issue with the dealership, I expected prompt assistance — instead, I’ve experienced delays, poor communication, and no clear resolution. As a customer who financed this vehicle in good faith, I feel let down by the lack of accountability and transparency. I am now left with a vehicle that may not be fully covered under warranty due to a dealership oversight. I urge GWM Haval Mokopane to take responsibility and resolve this matter urgently. Customers deserve honesty and proper after-sales support — especially when it comes to something as important as a vehicle warranty.
I was able to find competitive quote however crucial information was omitted regarding night driving between 22h00 and 6ham where access is double should an accident occurred and the tracker unit installation to get cash back for less than 300km monthly, should I be involved in an accident, the unit is used to report my driving such as speed,harsh brakes etc and this information was not communicated to me.
Today I rented a car and the service from collection at King Shaka and return was very good. Sani King Shaka has been giving me a great service since I started using them, unlike other regions.

I bought a bakkie in 2022 and a week after I bought while in my way to install a tracking device, it just stopped. I waited for their help the entire day. I started picking up signs that shows the car might have been in an accident before with some missing *****s. I took photos and ask them and they denied that the was never in an accident. It was just repainted. Now the car can’t move and I am so depressed.
I ordered a gift for same day delivery on the 8 August and the gift was not delivered. The driver kept on saying 10 minutes away till she requested a home address. Waited for delivery and it never arrived. On the 10 August delivery come to residetial address without any sms notification. A different lady driver called that she arrived but didnt arrive at the initial business address, instead she arrived at the residential address. This is the 1st time i encounter this and i am very much disappointed. Your delivery section is not providing a proper service.
