I am a huge fan of Wimpy franchises and I go there frequently. I happened to visit the Arbour Crossing Wimpy owed by Fred McKenzie. I was absolutely appalled when I respectfully requested for a change of our bacon streaks as it was off. I asked the waitress to please replace just the bacon. Not the entire meal as that was the only thing that was off and sour tasting. Connie Khanyile who is the manageress there proceeded to inform me that no one else has complained about the bacon sam she doesn’t see what the complaint was all about. I requested that she diciest from saying this as this was a valid complaint. At some point I had to advise her about having good customer service skills. The waiter Nkulu had to come defuse the situation as I was getting rather frustrated with the situation which could have easily been taken care of promptly. To say I am highly disappointed in this particular service at this wimpy would be an understatement. This is completely different to the treatment one gets at the wimpy at galleria. I couldn’t even finish my meal as I wanted to get out of there. What a horrible experience when all one wanted to do was to have a decent meal on a Sunday. Please deal with that manageress Connie or you will have other unsatisfied customers as myself.
Yesterday was the 30th April 2025 at around 10am, my 14 year old daughter was proposed to and asked for her number by a much older Fruitstop employee. She told me that this made her incredibly scared and uncomfortable as this is a grown man saying these inappropriate things to her. I then went inside to go look for the man who she described. He denied it at first when infront of his colleagues. However when I went back into the car to go call my daughter to identify him, he said “sorry” and admitted that he did indeed do that. I have details of the truck that he was driving to do his delivery. He is indeed a fruitstop employee as he was wearing the fruitstop uniform. This situation should be dealt with with the greatest of urgency as this is a grown man proposing love and asking for a number of a MINOR. Who knows how many other minors he hasn’t done the same to? This absolutely cannot be left like this and if Fruitstop does nothing, I will have no choice but to take necessary steps.
This business is a complete ****. They are active on Instagram with their comment section disabled. You make payment and they don’t deliver and ignore your WhatsApp. They are ****MING people and it’s absolutely disgusting! Save your money and don’t buy from them. Report them at all costs. They need to be stopped!!’
Netflorist is thee absolute worst. Flowers aren't fresh, few and the service is beyond horrible. The fact that they NEVER respond to consumer complaints is proof that they absolutely know of their below poor service
I have banked with many banks before. But NONE can compare to the absolute unprofessional, condescending and deceitful attitude that Tyme employees give. I had spoken to Lerato regarding a reversal that i needed done on the1st Dec. She promised that it would be done in 5-7 working days. She further promised to call me with feedback. NO CALL. Called her again today to follow up. She once again promised to call. NO CALL. Later (18 December 2019 at 15:17) spoke to Siyasanga(a rude young girl) whom i had to tell to lower her voice when talking to me. She and the Payments/accounts manager were of no help AT ALL. Instead it seemed that they were shifting the blame. I am the type that protected Tyme bank when people told me that they were not to be trusted. After the run around, the lies, the empty promises that i have gotten, i can see why most people have cancelled their accounts with them. I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!!
After having required assistance from Edgars, I still haven't received any feedback, assistance or my refund from their RCMS department. Their call center makes all sorts of promises to call you back and resolve your query which as we all know is a way to get you off the phone.<br> Can someone shed some light on when I am going to get my refund!!!?<br> The ref number I was given is 0507150551
I called the Edgars call center and looked at my statement and saw I am being charged for products without my concent I was never called to join and mobile sms service nor the mobile content services I'm being charged for. spoke to one of your consultant and she informed me I had been charged for this account since July 2014. I'm not even using or in possession of that cellphone number but without fail, I was being debited for an MTN top up airtime amount. Was told I'd be called in 24 hours after my call but with no response. . If Edgars can't provide me with a voice recording that says I siged up or want to join or have that product, they will hear from my lawyer. Not a threat but what will become a reality for them. I need my refund ASAP
