I purchased a Samsung Smart Watch from the Device tab on cellphone banking app. Watch was never delivered, I was called to be told they no longer have the Watch available, prior to this I emailed you and the connect email address to please cancel the order and refund my money. R1300 purchased in full on 23 February, I have spent several hours on the telephone each time I get told to phone another number then that number tells me to go back to the other number. I am now furious and want my refund!

I have just purchased a bed online-store. I requested that the delivery date and time be changed as I am relocating from Western Cape to KZN and it is vital that the bed ONLY be delivered on the 3rd of March NOT before 2pm. The Customer Care operator would NOT listen to me and made a comment for the bed to be delivered AROUND 3pm! Now my experience with delivery services this could mean they might deliver before 2pm. He then put the phone down in my ear! I repeatedly called back only for my call to be killed, thereafter a female answered and as soon as I told her my problem with the previous operator not listening to my clear instruction, she too put the phone down in my ear! REMAX Marine Property Sales, Rentals Body Corporate Management Hendri Van Der Vlies RE/MAX Marine (Richards Bay) Broker/Manager I am in the process of selling my property in Overberg Western Cape and planning my relocation to my home town of Richards Bay. I am waiting for a deposit from my sale in order to successfully apply for a rental with the possibility of purchasing property in the near future. After dealing with Hendri Van Der Vlies, and a friend of mine in Richards Bay who has been willing to do the viewings on my behalf, I was asked by Mr Hendri Van Der Vlies to complete the application and provide FICA documentation in order not to waste his time or his office time as he has other qualifying tenants. I did explain that I possibly would not be approved on the credit check as I am on Debt Review for R160K however this will be settled on registration of my sale although I am more than willing to Pay a Rental of R15,000.00 for 6 months upfront. This amounts to R90k and if he could liaise with the rental owners to secure a rental as my relocation from Western Cape to KZN is huge. He has now accused me of refusing to provide FICA and has also accused me of being a SPOTTER and even marked my Cell number as well as my friends number to ALL Agents. This is now jeopardizing my successful relocation. Completely unfair practice based on an OPINION. Absolutely disgusted that this is allowed.
On 23/12/2025 I purchased a Unitherm 18 000BTU Air Conditioner. On the 24/12/2025 I realized that it was not the correct unit and contacted Brights on their WhatsApp customer care number to request that they cancel the order and let me order the correct unit the Unitherm 18 000BTU Inverter Air Conditioner, only to be told that it had already left with the courier. They promised to contact me on Monday, which they did not do in order for me to pay in the difference. On the 29/12/2025 their courier arrived with the incorrect unit which I did not accept and told them it must be returned to Brights Hardware Blackheath. On the 30/12/2025 someone called me and emailed me the banking details to pay in the difference which I gladly did. After again querying I get told that they will only receive the original incorrect unit on the 05/01/2026 and thereafter they will let me know when they will dispatch my correct Air Conditioner!!! I Will NEVER PURCHASE FROM BRIGHTS HARDWARE AGAIN STAFF ARE *********** AND THEY COULDN'T BE BOTHERED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! BOILING HOT WEATHER, NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE COURIER ON THE ORIGINAL ORDER EITHER. VERY DISSATISFIED FROM HERM**** WESTERN CAPE
