UTTERLY USELESS!! I have been waiting on a Temu package to be delivered from the local branch of the courier company they use, GFS couriers where I live, for SEVENTEEN days!! That excludes the picking, travel time etc, which totals 29 days, when Temu promise delivery within 7 to 17 working days. All I get are excuses and rudeness from employees of GFS express and no delivery! I hope Temu wake up and stop using these ******* (GFS NON-express), they are causing irreparable damage to what could be a good business!

ONLY CHECK THE BAD REVIEWS OF TELEMATICS/ MATRIX TRACKER - THE GOOD ONES ARE ALL ****!! After the debacle of being blacklisted over R103.32 and having my credit score diminished, affecting an extended loan from my bank, I settled the matter, although Matrix were in the wrong, I am now receiving SMS's from them again, stating “August is the month to take control of your Beame / Matrix acc. Avoid extra charges & keep your credit safe. Chat: nimblegroup.co.za/opt-in-whatsapp” THEY ARE UTTERLY USELESS ****MERS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
BE AWARE OF AUTOSTYLING KLERKSDORP!! I recently purchased what I believed to be a new set of Toyota Hilux tail lights from Auto Styling in Klerksdorp, only to find out they are second hand! I enquired about it, as it didn't specify that they were "Second Hand" anywhere in the link I clicked to purchase them, it only stated "Toyota Hilux 2016+ OEM Taillights" and they came back with a rude email stating that nowhere did it state NEW in the advert either!! Never in my life have I seen an advert that stated that a product is NEW, because that is a given, but if it is second hand, it should be stated... Very clearly! The lights are also scuffed and the protective sides covers coming off. JUST BE AWARE THAT THEY ARE SECOND HAND PARTS!

Regards Matrix THIS IS ABSOLUTE *******! I was called by a sales consultant for Matrix, after my contract had EXPIRED, telling me they wanted to renew for another THREE YEARS. I told them forget it and to cancel it. A month later, at the end of October, when I had seen another debit order go off, I cancelled, only for them to keep debiting my account until December, when I was eventually able to contact someone in the company. Matrix then insist I owe them the money they took, which I didn't, and I recently found out that I have a black listing because of R103.32!! This tiny, stupid amount caused me to not get a further loan amount and it was all their fault and doing!! On top of this, I am told by Claudia Abrahams of Matrix, that they do not remove the tracking devices, they merely turn them off, even after me requesting many, many times for them to come remove them out of my car! AVOID MIX TELEMATICS/ MATRIX TRACKER AT ALL COSTS!! Mix Telematics are the absolute WORST tracking company ever!! I sent cancellation emails back in September 2023, with no response. They kept invoicing me monthly and I kept sending cancellation emails. Without Response. Eventually, I get an email back, cancelling my account at the end of December, but then they insist I owe them for the months that I cancelled. They handed over this ridiculous account and now it has affected my credit rating & possibly blocking me from getting a further loan because of it!! On top of this, I have also asked in every, single one of the 30 plus emails, to come remove their tracking devices! Still nothing... AVOID MIX TELEMATICS/ MATRIX TRACKER AT ALL COSTS!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! My Fiancé and I flew with Lufthansa in September 2024, the flight was delayed by 24 hours, so we are due the 600 Euro payment PLUS expenses for being delayed more than 6 hours. They admitted we are due the payment, asked for my banking details and receipts of costs incurred, which I supp**** still by mid September, then nothing more happened! Totally ghosted! I wrote to them on more than 5 occasions afterwards, after which I reported them to the Schlichtungsstelle für Reise & Verkehr e.V, who are the local authorities for the airlines, so now Lufthansa claim they cannot pay us out until the conciliation process has been completed, which are just more stalling tactics on their behalf! They are USELESS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Stay away from Sage SA! I renewed my Xpress package for the upcoming year, only to be told that I owe money from 2020 still. My point here, is if I don't renew my package, I cannot use it, which is my choice. If Sage messed up in some way, which is usually the case, then they have no leg to stand on!
STAY AWAY!! This company and it's employees are scammers, happy to sell you a dud product, but then not refund or replace with what they sold you in the first place... DO NOT pay your money over to them!
