Recently I app**** for a contract and was declined due to the account being in legal status. A complaint was logged on Hello Peter, I was contacted and advised that the account had been settled and was actually in a credit balance, the lady advised that she will contact the legal department and have them remove the legal status, which has not been resolved as yesterday I app**** for a fibre line and was given the same story. I personally feel Vodacom is not professional and conducts consumer accounts poorly. This is impacting poorly on my credit profile, and I do not think it is fair that I being the consumer is treated so poorly, Vodacom resolve this issue, or I will have to look for other service providers as customer service lacks poorly in your company.
I called Vodacom regarding an additional line on my contract only to be told that it cannot be processed as this account is in PRE-LEGAL!!!! This account is currently in a credit balance so how does it fall under PRE-LEGAL The service from Vodacom is deteriorating daily, staff is unfriendly and very unhelpful, called 0821946 cannot speak to an agent because the account is in a credit balance. why does the customer always wrong???

Every month I get a set allocation of data but on the 1st of every month the data that is unused does not get carried forward, this is becoming frustrating, I would appreciate it if this can be resolved ASAP Every time I call they say it's an allocation problem which I doubt
Been a loyal customer of Vodacom but will now migrate to another service provider Vodacom had cancelled my contract without communication , took away the airtime that I accumulated and data Very frustrated as there was an incorrect billing , service is upto ****
Towards the latter of March 2025 to cancel my fibre account on the 1st of May 2025 as i was relocating , I received a call from the fibre dept to advise that my cancellation has been accepted. In April i then received a call to say that my cancellation would only be effective in May 2025 as i need to give a 30 day notice period, after me calling and advising them in March 2025. I had moved out of the premises on the 30th of April 2025 and was still billed for the entire month of May which is unacceptable , the service of Vodacom is becoming pathetic, why must I pay for the service when it was cancelled and I have not used it, is this the way Vodacom makes money ???
On the 12 of february 2025 in to advise that I cannot after the price increase , long story short Vodacome gave it to me at R599 for the next 12 months , now the bill looks like R1200, they only captured the app**** in March now where do I get R1200 to pay this account , Vodacom fibre is pathetic and they never resolve any queries
Add posted on social media for electricity units , the staff cannot help even the machines belong to them , ****, they should close down , representatives are rude They will come up with stories, just a ****
Vodacom has billed me incorrectly as to the word that I will pay R599 pm now I'm billed R1170 I am really going back and forth and would rather go with LTE with another service provider is pathetic , they promised me a back up for downtime now the story is they charge for it , being such a reputable company service is pathetic, I am still waiting for the downtime credit which was never credit to my account yet I am 1 day late on paying my account vodacom discounts it, they either fix this Sh*t or I will look for another service provider several people from hello Peter called and has never given feedback, does vodacom need these consumers business or not
I am being charged a declined fee of R20 p/d (R10 * 2 declined fee) I have called the bank and was advised that it is a Netflix subscription. my netflix account is active I cannot fathom why it a debit is being returned. after speaking to the call centre they now want to charge me for a new card , as an unemployed person I am finding it financially difficult to maintain this declined, last month being January 2025 i paid +-R400 this is now becoming unacceptable.
