y stuck with fines for a vehicle I traded almost 2 years ago. Be extremely cautious when dealing with this dealership. After posting this review Illyas contacted my husband advised that he will sort it out and asked if I could remove this review once it's sorted out. Husband had sent him messages and a follow up messages to sort this out and once again he ignores. I did inform Illyas on the 18/11/2025 that if he does not sort this out I will be forced to s**** the car. He read my message but ignored me as till date I did not receive a reply to that message. To the owner of the Red Kia Picanto I'm sorry but due to Illyas not assisting I am forced to do so. It's is currently the 23rd of February 2026 and still no assistance from them and fines is accumulating.
Moved into a house on the 28th of September 2025 and have been having endless issues with the agent Bongani Ngema, he refuses to assist. The roof is leaving through out the house, the drive way is falling in. Bongani says one thing and then it's something else. He does not keep to his word. I have videos and pictures and chats informing Bongani but he still does nothing. He expects us the tenants to do all the run around. I'm highly disgusted and so disappointed with this house. It suppose to be my home but it's turning out into a hell hole to live in.
I joined mweb in 2023 and never had issues till now. I moved house towards the end of September and till now mweb cannot assist me. I have to keep calling mweb and get told someone will call me back and it never happens. I have sent numerous emails and made hundreds of calls but it's all of no use. Mweb staff do not reply to emails nor do they return the call as they say they would. A whole month of me phoning to follow up and still nothing is done. USELESS. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH MWEB
Between my mum and I we have purchased numerous R100 BP vouchers from the Voda store. I recently went to KZN and I had issues with the following BP stations 1 The Windmill BP According to the petrol attendant they were informed by their manager NOT to accept these vouchers. 2 BP Eshowe Apparently their systems are not set up for this. 3 BP Duduza Service Station Now here they take the vouchers but their pumps only fill R96.34 and not R100 as per each voucher purchased. At this station I used vouchers but did not receive the amount that was purchased... Please can I get a clarification as to which BP in KZN North Coast accept these vouchers for the amount of R100 as I do have more vouchers that I have not used. I will be going to KZN again and will be going to BPs I have used vouchers in Lenasia and the amount purchased is what is filled... So what is the difference between these BPs???

My mum and i are having endless issues with her income verification with Bonitas as she is a pensioner. Her medical contribution is made by us her children. From the 16/11/2021 we have been going back and forth with her documentation. Today 04/01/2022 my mum received an email she needs to pay +R3000 for her medical aid. We therefore called the call centre and spoke to a very rude and arrogant woman named Wilme(whom refused to give her surname). She refused to listen to what my mum had to say and was persistent that the documents were not sent before the 30/11/2021. We tried explaining to her numerous times that the documents have been sent numerous times as well as reference numbers provided expect for our last email on the 31/12/2021 no references have been received till date. She made it very unpleasant to speak to has she had to courtesy for my mum being a pensioner so i cut the call as she was of no help with the arrogance... I called again and spoke to a gentleman named Vincent Vilakazi whom immediately showed compassion. He listened to what we had to say and went the extra mile in assisting us. We sent all the documentation directly to him and he sent it tò the relevant department whom we shall await for feedback. Bonitas should have more agents like Vincent that makes a person want to remain on Bonitas medial aid and not like Wilme that will make people go to other medical aids.
Did an online order at KFC at 19:32 estimated delivery time was at 20:20. At 20:30 i called customer care was advised the food has been picked up and on its way but according to the tracking the food was still being prepared. At 20:55 i receive an sms to say the order has been cancelled . Useless Service from KFC Rynfield.
If minus was an option that is what MiWay deserves. I've never had any issues in the past but recently they take weeks to review a claim only to search for loops holes so they do not have to pay. I have had problems with my roof leaking from end last year (2020). I got local guys to put flash harry and membrane to stop the leaks. I was advised by a family member to check if my insurance will cover the leak. On 19th February 2021 I called MiWay to check if my insurance policy will cover I was advised that it will cover and a claim was loged. The accessor came on the 20th and I did not get any further feedback so I followed up with them on the 03rd Mar 2021 and was advised that my claim was still with the claims department.On the 05th at about 14:40 I got a call from JP who advised that they were still busy with the valuations as the damage has to be accessed maybe by himself or others and that he may come to see the house himself of necessary. He sent me a message on the 08th at 15:03 to say he was still busy with the valuations. He gave me a reference number 1305418. He called me on the 12th to say he had a meeting with management and my claim was to be closed as lack of maintenance and defective workmanship. I moved into this house on 31 May 1989 and now after almost 32 years he (JP) tells me that the house has defective workmanship,when I questioned him about which part of the house has defective workmanship he couldn't say and I asked if that was the problem why was the house passed by inspectors,he (JP)said that they could have just passed it. You can pull out the recordings he called me at 14:19 12 March 2021,that is when he (JP)said that about the inspectors and that the house will still not be covered. I have no problems till end of last year and if my house was so old why did MiWay take structural insurance for a building that is so old. I have requested for my insurance to be cancelled with immediate effect as it is no use having it insurance with MiWay when all they do is look for excuses to reject a claim but they very fast to debit a persons account
Cre@tivity Trade Route Mall staff need to learn what is customer service. An item was purchased at the store, whilst still at the cashier my mum advised that she will not use it and requested a refund. We were told very abruptly that they cannot refund as it is sale item and Very rudely the cashier also states that no other shops will exchange sales items. After sometime we were forced to take something for the same amount. Can the staff please be trained on customer service and learn to have respect for customers as they behaved as if they are doing me a favour. The "supervisor" of the store is none the better, she gave us such dirty looks and did not even utter a word.
