Worst bus experience ever.
Paid R50–R100 per bag in cash with no receipt or tags. Bus broke down for hours, heater blasting despite our pleas, ****roaches crawling, and water leaking inside. No accountability, no comfort—just pure chaos. Never again.

Unnecessary calls
I receive numerous number of calls a day. They won't remove me from their call list, I didn't even agree to receive these calls. It's so frustrating.

Bad service
I ordered on the 18 of Dec 2021 , even today I still haven't received my order. No one answers the telephone or the emails i sent .

Contract upgraded without my consent
<p>My contract expires in January 2017, that is what i was told by a call centre agent in 2016. She told me to call back in January if i want to cancell my contract. Today I called to cancel but to my surprise the call centre agent tells me I cannot cancel my contract as it has been upgraded, I did not authorise this and have not signed any paperwork for it. now they want me to sign an affidavit at the police station and send it to them and that will take about 22 days just to investigate . </p> <p> </p> <p>I can't get any reception on MTN where I am so I can't use my phone . 20 days I don't have as I need my phone . All Iwant to do is cancel my contract . </p>

Worst service
<p>On the 1st of November 2016 Finrite repairs collected my phone for repairs and they received it on the 3rd of Nov 2016. </p> <p>Since then I have never heard from them , no email no calls nothing . </p> <p>Whenever I call they just keep me on hold for 10-20 minutes with no one answer . I've called so many times , when someone eventually answers they put you on hold again but come back with no answer . </p> <p> </p> <p>All I want is my phone back . I'm very disappointed with their service .</p>
