A negative 1000 out of 5 rating is more fitting. When I finally decided to answer their continuous/daily automated spam calls stating "Your loan has been approved". I selected the option to speak to a consultant in order to very firmly demand removal of my existence from their systems, their system's systems and their to NEVER call me again. I have never in my life app**** for a loan anywhere. I asked this excuse of a man where they got my details from and he said from RCS. He then rambled on explaining the offer so I humoured him because he couldn't even explain the offering properly after I asked for an example of what they offer. Without answering, he asked if my ID starts with "83" and then he can access my records. I clearly stated that I first need an example and won't confirm any personal details. He suddenly mentioned that I owe money on my cred card and to Liberty (which I don't and where I only have a Retirement Annuity). To put him under some pressure I told him I actually own at least 12 credit accounts, all of which is paid off (always using the 6-month interest free options), that I have never in 21 years missed a single payment and have a credit score of 95/100. His F****ng response was: "OH, WELL GOOD FOR YOU!" and then up. 5 Minutes later I got an SMS stating that I gave consent to them to request my credit report. So they did have my ID number, used it without my consent and accessed my credit report, also without consent and will now affect my well earned excellent credit record! Today, I will dedicate an hour to ****/bull****/lie my way till I reach his extension and I will only need 5 seconds, after which he will kindly excuse himself from work that day to curl up and cry on his bedroom carpet. A thousand page document will then be delivered to his home that teaches manners, morals and human decency. I will find you and your **** 10-minute voice, and especially your 3-second demon obsessed true voice. Then I will find your mother and find out if she is responsible for your complete disregard to humans or if you are simply useless all by your own self. Then... I am coming after you guys, my dear MY DEBT ASSISTANTS. And RCS... YOU ARE NEXT! Stay safe now...

I have made contact regarding my issue multiple times, without much luck. This is my last attempt. eBucks have now stopped responding to my requests altogether. For the past 3 months, I haven't been receiving my points for items which I did comply with. Every month something else is missing and I fall just shy of reaching level 4 for 2 months now. And given the no response from eBucks, this will continue for who knows how long! I need this rectified historically. The biggest issue is the fact that my Wesbank account shows that I haven't logged in in years, but I do have proof that I have logged in. What is going on? And the rest? I will be posting this on Hello Peter too because I have done all I can to have this fixed. I am really disappointed guys. I have been purchasing a lot of flights and rental cars the past 3 months and every time I ended up using my Discovery Vitality rewards because I got more discount, even though I don't even try to reach a high reward level with them.

I will keep this short, because I have already spent too much time on this irritating issue. Bought item online at Boardmans start of July (order # ********** 16). Few days later Boardmans confirmed that item was out of stock and they will cancel the order and process the refund. After a week the refund still didn't reflect. I sent a query and after 4 days only they responded saying that they will send it to be processed. After a week, still nothing. I enquired again on the same mail thread and logged more queries, but still no response and still no refund/credit!!!!

About5 weeks ago I logged a claim for a minor accident. In total it almost 3 weeks just to finalise/approve the claim. My car has been at the body shop for 2 weeks and no repairs have started as yet, because they are still waiting for parts. My issue is the fact that I have 30 days car rental on my policy (which I pay for every month) and 75% of that time was used just to approve the claim. If I knew Auto & General takes this long just to approve a claim, I would have taken the 60 day rental option. I was informed that the rental has to go back on Monday, 8 June, but they haven't even started working on my car. I was explained that if parts are on back-order they cannot extend the car rental, but... POINT1: Maybe if it didn't take 3 weeks just to approve the claim, there would have been stock of the specific part. POINT 2: I asked them to please let me know what part they are waiting for because I know many people in the car parts industry and maybe I can locate the part earlier. I was promised that they will mail met the part details, but nothing as yet... This was 5 days ago. How can I accept this. I have professional career and in 3 days I have no car!!!!
