I have tried numerous times to link my Huawei watch to the discovery app for my health paths. I have called numerous times and when they put me through to the correct dept the call cuts. I been to the discovery store in century city 3 times. And the last time on 18 Feb 2025. Andrew logged a call for me by calling the call centre and taking my details. As per your website personal health paths don't require vitality. I'm not a vitality customer but I do have my medical aid with discovery. Both the health and normal discovery app doesn't work to link my Huawei GT3 watch. Even the store has tried to help, showed where it should work and they have also raised the question about if vitality is required to access personal health paths. It's been more than a week and I have had no feedback on my call that was logged. It makes not sense that the personal health paths was launched but can't fully utilise it.
Adverting product 104667198 1 Litre Tray Sipper Cup for R 99.99. The advert was posted on Instagram on 29 Nov 2024 but it's not available in stores, asked at 3 stores already and it's not listed on the online store. I commented on the post on 4 Dec to find out where we can find the item, no response. DM'd on Instagram on 5 Dec, and no response. This is false advertising as you advertising a product that was never available.

I placed an order & paid on 22 Jan (Click and Collect). It was only processed on 28 Jan and shipped on 29 Jan. Which one your website says 4-7 working days. Today is working day 8. I contacted your WhatsApp customer care, they tell me it's 5-7 working days from processing. I asked to be directed to where on the website it says it this. The agent just said its 4-7 days is MrPrice side and then 5-7 days for the courier. They couldn't direct me to the t's & C's where this is stipulated. My issues, it took 6 days to process the order. Then the time frame you supposed to delivered to the store is not adhered to. The customer care could not tell me where the parcel currently is nor direct me to the where the terms are stipulated on your website. It's totally unacceptable, if you can't manage your online store properly then rather don't have that option.
I keep receiving private number calls to my data SIM, from some blue company on behalf of old mutual to sell me insurance/funeral cover. No one has this number as its a data SIM, clearly my information has been sold by Vodacom to you. Please remove me from your marketing database.

Received a SMS saying full admin lock activated. My account is paid by debit order so it's not in arrears. The call centre was useless at helping me. Highly frustrating.

I don't bank with Thymebank nor have a PNP card linked to my details. Please remove from your marketing database. Else be aware there is fraudulent Sms's going out if its not from your marketing team. Thanks.
