<br> SPARKS PARKING CLEARLY STATES THAT WHEN U STAY FOR LONG PERIODS AT THE LIBERTY MALL U PAY LESS. i ALWAYS STAY FROM 12PM TO 1030PM AND ALWAYS PAY R4 TO R6. Yesterday after a movie I paid R40. Yes it does state if u park 8 hours you pay R40 but then again i always paid the tarrif mentioned and it clearly states if you stay long u pay less. I phoned the manager and should of taped the conversation as he clearly stated on numerous occasions that his machines were faulty and that he would give me my money back. When i went to the mall he refused and quoted the malls tarriff but clearly stated on the phone that he would. He is a liar,cheat, UnGodly man and dishonest man. His name is Peter Khumabule. He is a dishonest business man. He is only trying to make a quick buck for easter and his so called charges and what he states u pay are two different things. He once is again a dishonest business man. Pitty I didnt tape the conversation. Want the whole of PMB and the whole of SA to know! Dont deal with this man.
<br> i went to go watch a movie at Liberty mall only to my shock to see i been charged R40 for a paking ticket when normally i stay from 12 to 1030pm and only get charged between R4 to R6. I phoned Peter Khumbule which he stated numerous times it must been a error in the ticket machines and he repeated numerous times he would give me a refund. I went to the office and he refused to give me a refund at all as he stated that it clearly states at the gate that you pay R40 for 8 hours. I said what about your advetising that the longer you stay the less you pay! I been ripped off because it is Easter! He told me to come in for a refund but refused to give me a refund he is a liar, a cheat, dishonest busines man and a UnGodly man. Yes i did stay for more than 8 hours but yes they do state the longer u stay the less u pay and i 100 percent always get charged between R4 to R6. Sparks parking must fall! as Peter Khumbule is a dishonest business man, liar, and a cheat.

HOW DID HE TAKE PHOTOS...RUBBISH INURANCE AA ...THEY TOOK TWO WEEKS TO DECIDE IF THEY GOING TO PAY OUT OR NOT ...I RECOMMEND NOBODY TAKES AA INSURANCE!!! THEY DIDNT EVEN EMAIL THE PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE TO BACK UP THEIR STATEMENTS...DONT TAKE OUT AA INSURANCE ...RICK REX IS CLUELESS UNEDUCATED MAN!!!.

I DIDNT MENTION THAT MY HOUSE WAS DAMAGED BECAUSE OF HAIL AND THAT THE LEAKS WAS BECAUSE OF THE SEVER THUNDER STORMS AND RAIN WE HAD THE LAST WEEK WE HAD BEFORE I CLAIMED. IT HAS TAKEN AA 2 WEEKS TO ANSWER MY CLAIM AS BEFORE I WENT ON AN EMERGENCY TRIP TO JHB I PHONED THEM AND ASKED THEM WHAT HAPPENED...CLAVIN RIX IS RUDE, OBXIOUS, AND DOESNT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING AND DOENST KNOW WHAT THE WEATHER CONDITIONS IN PMB. THE STAFF ON THE CALL CENTRE WERE LAUGHING AT ME WHEN TELLING ME ON THE CLAIM, I FIND THAT UNPROFFESIONAL, RUDE, AND POORLY TRAINED, AND ESPECIALLY CALVIN RIX WAS BIG HEADED FOR A YOUNG MAN WHO I COULD CLEARLY SEE KNEW NOT MUCH AS HE KEPT ON CONTRIDTITING HIMSELF. HIS MANAGER IS WAS DEFENDING HIM ...RUDE , UNPOLITE STAFF WHO POORLY TRAINED AND TAKES OVER 2 WEEKS TO MAKE A DECISION ON MY CLAIM...ONLY PERSON WHO I CAN COMMENT ON GOOD SERVICE IS SHAVONN..DONT LISTEN STAFF TO U ESPECIALLY CALVIN RIX DONT WANT TO BE ASSOSCIATED WITH HIM AND HIS MANAGER DOESNT LISTEN TO ME SHE IS BIG HEADED TOO!
