My gift was delivered a day late. Call center was rude and unhelpful. Flower arrangement was not even close to the size of the picture on their website. Will never use them again.
A sincere thank you to Lakshya Atrey who very efficiently and professionally helped me change my airline ticket that was booked with Travelwings. He was exceptionally kind and helpful to me in a time of great stress, and even called me back because there was a problem with the telephone line. He is an asset to Travelwings and should be commended for his great customer service!

They promised me a refund on my flight booking that was booked for December 2021. It is now 25 March 2022 and they do not reply to my weekly queries sent on their site asking when I will get my refund. Their whatsapp helpline tells me to call them, and when I do, I get told that the average waiting time is 42 minutes, no matter what time of day I call. I wait the 42 minutes and get cut off. I will NEVER buy anything from this travel company again - they stop travel, not start it.
Thank you to Wildways Timber Garden products for the supply and delivery of a beautiful garden arbour with seat. The delivery team was quick, professional and courteous, and the product is of excellent quality - I am delighted. Roy Trendler went beyond the call of duty to ensure a happy customer, despite a little error on their side - thanks so much for making things right so quickly and efficiently Roy! I will only buy timber products for my garden from Wildways in future.
Best roofing company in Gauteng in my experience - from the quoting process (very quick and detailed, and they picked up on issues that the other roofing companies never even noticed) right until the end of the job, I was dealt with in a professional and caring fashion. The job was done just right, with everything happening as promised. All the members of the team were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they were on time every day, and explained exactly what they were doing and why. This kind of "old school" customer care is so rare these days. Thank you to Spencer Roofing for a professional job very well done.
I placed an order for Mother's day flowers to be delivered and paid extra to ensure that delivery would take place before 13:00 on 10 May 2020. I then realised I'd clicked on the wrong delivery address. I spent two days sending emails, trying to get someone to help me on the live chat (dead chat is a better description), and phoning the "help" line. My waiting times on that line were 7 minutes, 10 minutes and 12 minutes, and none of my calls were answered. Then, I was pleasantly surprised to finally get through to the call centre on the morning of the 10th. The consultant was unsure at first, but after a long wait, he assured me that the address had been changed and that my delivery would still take place on that day. Well, it didn't - it was only delivered on the 11th. Complaining to Netflorist and asking for my extra delivery fee back has been met with a refusal. If they had refunded me the measly extra delivery fee with a sincere apology for their consultants who tell lies, I might have used this company again. Now, I'll use anybody but Netflorist.
I had a Rain Sim delivered to use their 4G service. I have sent numerous emails, spent almost an hour in total trying to engage in live chat with a consultant, called their helpline numerous times since 28 March. It is now 4 April and all I have received from them is automated email responses asking me to reply to the message if I still need help. This is absolutely appalling service.
