in January 2023 which is a month ago we bought a brand new Mahindra Bolaro on day 2 after it was delivered the speedometer stopped working we reported to them and they arranged that we take the car to our nearest Mahindra which was in Brits. still today the speedometer still not fixed on Friday the 24th the car had a break down on the way to Johannesburg and it was towed to Mahindra Bryanston that is were the car is, as it is we have no car and the dealership told us they can't help we must report to Mahindra SA. our complain is we bought a brand new car and a month later we have no car and no one seems to care. Mahindra is not a reliable car stay away from Mahindra and what is more irritating there is no after service at all.
FNB has held my money that i have invested in the money market account they do not want to release the money to my account and there is no reason i have been given, my banker just said credit has decline to release my money that is on the investment account as if am applying for credit.
<p>myself and husband we went to Essops Furniture in Randbag store in March 2017 we bought coffee table and red leather launge suite.</p> <p> </p> <p>when the store delivered the table we noticed the talbe was badly damaged with lot of scratches, my husband took the table back and they asked him that i should go and look for aanother table at the same value of R3000 upon my arrival at the store i could not find any table i then spoke to the manager who was there at the time which is Nox and ask that they should refund our money, that was now in April around the 13th we traveled for the long weekend when we came back they still did not do the refund, i went to the shop again and spoke to Nox again and he apologies that the refund was not done, he then asked if he can arrange that we take the old table when the new stock arrive end of May or first week June they will deliver the new one and take the old one.</p> <p> </p> <p>the month of May ended and no word from the shop, first of June came and no word from the shop, i then called Nox on the seceond week of June to follow up, he told me the stock has not arrive, i then demanded my R3000 back, Nox responded to my email indicating that the shop policy is that they collect the table (old) table first before they can refund me, i said they must bring me proof of payment then i will give them back their table as i do not trust them anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>the driver from thier shop came to collect the table and i asked him for proof of payment for my refund and he did not have it i did not give him the table untill to day i have not received my refund from Essops furniture randburg store.</p> <p> </p> <p>please help me to name and shame this store</p>
<p>we wanted a mobile trailer freezer and we went to this factory that manufacture these mobile in Randburg stridjom park we met a gentleman by the name of Alan Plank he showed us the samples of the freedges from then we agreed on price, he indicated that if we pay on the 20 April 2017 we will get our freezer by the 5 May 2017 as we requested, which we did make payment on the 20th April, on the 3rd of May we contacted Alan to confirm is we still getting our trailer as we had orders we needed to do delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>he indicated that he was going to contact me the following day 4 May 17 mid-day to confirm our delivery, he never called and on the 5th he never called and there was never delivery as agreed.</p> <p> </p> <p>we sent him an email on the evening of 5th May 17 expressing our dissapointment that he never contacted us and he never delivered as agreed we then asked him when can he deliver he was not sure as he indicated he was running behind with schedule, we then requested our money back as he did not deliver as agreed, he then told us his refund policy its 15 to 21 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>we told him we not requesting refund becouse we do not want the trailer, it is becouse he bridge the contract of what we have agreed on therefore his refund policy does not apply we need our money.</p> <p> </p> <p>as at today he has not responded to our email nor refunded our money or even promising to deliver our trailer.</p> <p> </p> <p>this company is run by criminals, collecting monies from people and don''t deliver.</p> <p> </p> <p>stay away from these guys</p>
<p>Slept in this hotel and will never again. No breakfast, no apology though we paid rate including breakfast. </p> <p> </p> <p>If u love your breakfast like us don't do Brooks hill suit hotel </p>
