DAI A BED- DELIVERY SUCKS
We have bought a bed at Dial a bed in Kollonade the service where great however delivery failed, we asked for the delivery to take place on the 21/2/25 however my sister mailed them with a new date for the 20/2/25 to be delivered which did not took place they promised for today this is already after 15:30 and still no delivery was done the warehouse just say they can not give a time If we knew that we would not buy from Dail-a-bed but rather went to another supplier who can provide service.

2nd hand products sold as new
Do not become a victum to Makro Wonderboom I have bought a vacuum cleaner at Makro Wonderboom, did not open the box and store it for later use. When I eventually decide to use the machine, open it connect everything and when I want to use it all goes up to smoke. then only realised this must be a default machine sold to me as new. The plug was changed the filter was also been used. I know it was my fault because I did not check it when I bought it, this is really a hard lesson for me. Next time I will never store a present but open it and inspect every thing

I have tried several times to cancel a Vodacom Direct contracts, they misled the customers say the save money which is not true

Vodacom mislead with direct marketing
Vodacom called me and told me I can reduce my costs for Data because I am a good customer. I received 2 simcards with packages marketing. When I received my statement I only discover that it is for a new contract for data which I don't want. I went to Vodacom shop, the lady tried to helped me to cancelled the 2 new contracts. After several calls and lastly the phone was cut off with no respond according to the one sales lady it was already more than 30days and I can not cancelled - but the vocacom saleslady at the store confirmed that it was not over 30 days. Please help me to cancel the contract I do not need the data
