Definitely a NO NO ,would not recommend assupol ever something is off or drastically changed here ( underwriters /or internal ) I claimed for a late relative and received some of the money NOT all payouts at the time only a month after queries and inquiries ... so what is the use of taking a policy for unforseen times then you get it a month later Thankfully I don't have any other policy and am not intending to take one but yeah I learned You never know what you buying until Claim time ! kudos ! peace chomie! eventually they paid ... am sorted BUT very demotivated with them as it still does not add up the amount paid , they keep saying sorry like they know an inside problem ...

NO DATA RECIEVED !!!! THIS MONTH
ZEROOOOO rating got internet service mid Jan this month , no data was allocated so i kept topping up : last night was told i have reached my top up limit NJAANI : when they are the ones causing the top up exhaustion R399 IS ALREADY LOADED FOR MONTH END for 110 gig that i never received

HAAIBO! GUYS: Why are their numbers offline now I have been paying through them for about two years and the client took their account back, now am looking for my paid u letter only to be told they only paid 1 x installment over. I am going to the back to find all POP / ahhhh
