Luno lately is frustrating me after I have recommended to a lot of people. I struggled to buy Crypto and eventually i bought it. now I cannot send them, they're refusing. I want my money out of Luno but they're playing games with me. for the past few days I could buy and send but since Sunday they're refusing. there are other Crypto platforms that I can use if they dont me.
I submitted a Law on call claim with FNB on the 17 October 2024 and they requested more information ofwhich i have submitted. until today they have not get back to me. they're just failing me
They called and offered me a Private Wealth account and promised that my banker will call me. it's been 3 months now i never heared a word from him. I called him with no luck, i sent emails no response. i'm stucked I cant solve my problems whereas I have a banker. so what's the point of having a banking?
you made the biggest mistake by changing your card delivery system to takealot. they were supposed to deliver my car since 1st of March 2024. they have never contacted me but they sent sms saying they were trying to contact me. now my card has expirerd and still i have not recieved it. the only medical aid that gives you tough time just by adding dependents. my twins were born 26 Nov and they managed to register one. when I enquire about the other, they want complicated things whereas I submitted the same documents. they just don't care and there's a lot at stake as I had to get medication for the babies. unfortunately they are not the only medical aid in the world and they seem to forget that.

This is to express my gratitude with regards to the service that you provide. I’m so impressed, ever since I submitted my claim, your team has been constantly calling and checking the progress. Stupid private client suite nonsense, that thing doesnt work, they just charging us huge fundds for nothing. since this morning i've been calling to be assisted with tranfering funds from Straight to budget but i've tranfered all over the show with no one assisting. the last person just dropped my call. i will change this bank, it's just frustrating the hell out of me.
What an awesome service form Standard bank complaint service. Vuyiswa Maduna deserves a BELL. she attended my complaint with such professionalism, caring and love. my bond is now registered and I'm a happy client ever. I will forever recommend Standards Bank. otherwise, Mr. Booi the evaluator does not represent Standard Bank values and I demand I formal written apology from him. big up to Vuyiswa your Bank needs more people like you.
