Was nervous about not receiving the order but when it arrived the quality was great and we have ordered another. Took a while to receive it but when we did it was great

I was nervous to go for my first mammogram today. Exceptional service from the mammography centre. They even had warm gel for the ultra sound and didn't hurt me at all.
I am booked for my first mammogram tomorrow. They wont even give me a price over the phone as they say all mammograms are paid for by medical aid. This is the first they have ever heard of a mammogram not being covered by a medical aid. Appalling and short sighted.
I made a booking which could not be used due to lockdown. I paid the amount in full which they said would be refunded. I had an email on 18 June 2020 to say my refund is being processed. I am still waiting. R25k! The manager is not taking any calls. I have phoned a few times since 18 June and still nothing! Unacceptable
I had a new teller assist me who took points by accident. I paid with my credit card and they said they would refund my points within 48 hours. I have been into the store 7 times now (over 3 months) and still this issue has not been sorted. Perhaps time to move over to clicks and collect points there!
I have broken down twice lately (both times not the fault of Toyota but one for dirty fuel and one for a battery) and both times, after calling Craig in the service department have had someone by my side within 15 minutes. Hats off to Hillcrest Toyota for going above and beyond the call of duty and know that it is appreciated. THANK YOU!
Yesterday I broke down at the side of the road. I called Hillcrest Toyota who came out straight away to help me and sorted my car out. They made sure i was on the road again and went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you!
I have had an intermittent service on my adsl for almost a year now having to reset my modem sometimes every few minutes. They keep coming out and saying the line is fixed only to have it not working 10 minutes later. Am going to have to cancel mynaccount now as there is no point having it!
I have had intermittent service from Telkom and my adsl since November last year. I am yet to have it sorted even though they have changed ports and apparantly replaced cables. At my wits end as no idea what else to do. LTE doesnt work at my house either!
