I bought spraytan solution on their website on the 28th of January before 08:00 the morning.Order #3942. after the purchase the website said i will get a confirmation email, by 16:00 i still have not received the confirmation and proceeded to send an email to request clarity. No resonse was received. I resent the email the 29th. again no response. Sent an email to the warehouse after which they responded they dont have stock and that they can either refund or I should wait for stock to be finished manufacted. I rep**** with my banking also on the 29th and asked for my refund and how long it will take. Again, no response. Resent the email on the 02nd again. And again requested feedback on the 3rd of Feb. Roscoe said the refund was made to the card on the 30th and if i want they will send the POP. I responded and said i want it on the 7th. Again no response. resent it the 10th, obviously no response. phoned them the 11th. To date no confirmation or POP was received. No refund has been made and no confirmation can be given for this refund. This is ***** and will be reported as such. Will advise anyone not to buy from them.
MTN really??? I phoned you guys twice in two days about my 30Gb data purchase not being loaded. How long does it take you guys to resolve a query? I want my Data or a refund. INC9760887
As soon as i found out i am being retrenched i contacted Hollard to process my claim so my Edgards account can be paid, sent all the documents they requested asap. spoke to a friendly gentlemen afterwards that assured me that the claim will only be paid out end of sept for reasons that makes sense. but when i contacted them last week to confirm that this payment will be make there was still outstanding documents? No one contacted me in this regard i had to contact them constantly. call centre agents promise to phone me back without any action.<br> <br> I have spoken to 3 different call center agents and each and everytime they said there is outstanding documents, thus i've sent those documents 3 times. I tried to contact Standardbank yesterday just to get my policy number for the loan ive got with them but i have never experienced such poor standard call center service. In the time that i was on the phone they transferred me to 5 different people which eventually resulted in my airtime getting depleted. <br> <br> I sent them an email complaining about this. They eventually contacted my husband back but once again he was transferred to 3 different persons of which, once again, no one was able to assist. and the last person cut him off. <br> <br> They sent an email assuming the problem was solved. I once again explained what happened AGAIN. After which they sent us an direct contact line. I tried to contact them this morning but its ONCE AGAIN the wrong number. - this line is for insurance and so forth.<br> <br> All i'm asking for is our policy number for the personal loan we've got so that FNB can change our debit order.<br> <br> HOw is it possible that you've got thousands of people in that call center thats not able to enter a simple id number and get a policy number? why should something so simple take 2 days????? maybe thats why your banking fees are sky high because youve got to pay all those employees<br>
FNB are very quick to tell everybody how great their service are but this is quite the opposite of what we received. They sent us all the paper work beginning of February, we completed it as far as possible and sent it back the 09th. the 10th they sent proof of receipt and cc'd the paper work through to bianca. Till today no one loaded the recipients. No one changed the debit orders. No one replied to say there was outstanding documents or anything. now today the 23rd we contacted them and nothing has been changed. we already notified our company to change the salary to FNb. So my salary will be paid into this account but all the debit orders will go off of the Standard bank account. what are we supposed to do now? Its a short month so now there's the possibility that all the debit orders are going to go off with no funds in the account. resulting in me getting a bad name and extra costs for debit orders unable to go through. <br> <br> i demand explanations.<br> <br> Thanks for nothing FNB!!!
