I registered for a course with lyceum in January 2022, I was promised to receive my study material within 10 working days after I paid my deposit. Needless to say I waited 3 months and until I communicated my cancelation. To date I am being sent from pillar to post with no action been done. This institution is definitely not reputable.
We took our car (dodge journey) in as it has a jerking problem when you drive or feels like it will cut off when you stop, the advisers at Jeep said the car needed a major service to sort out the problem, when given a quote of R16000+ for the work to be done, I explained that the quote is expensive for me and ask Christa if that will really solve the problem? She said yes it will and even went on to say if it does not solve the problem I will be paid back the service fee. I then gave her a go ahead because I really wanted the problem to be solved. To my surprise on the same day I took back the car the problem was still there we notified the dealer and I was asked to bring it back in. Now I'm being told that I must pay an extra R5000+ for something else that is now apparently causing the problem. This is so unfair for me as I was not ready financially to take my car in for a service but only agreed to it because I was told it will solve the problem.
I called outsurance to get a quote, I was told I can claim upto R1500 as they could not beat my current insurers premiums.... I was told I will get an sms with the link so I cold be able to claim. It's been over 2 months now and I got nothing from them, tried calling them but can not get anyone who will answer me why have I not got to be paid out this amount as it claims on their adverts.
I wrote to hello Peter 3 weeks ago about my son's tablet that I got from vodacom contract over three years. This tablets started to give us problems from the second month of receipt. Vodacom refused to change it regardless of it being booked in 6 times for repairs. On Monday the 15th of May 2010 we collected it after repairs as my boy is struggling to study without text books as they are using e-learning at school. Sadly yesterday when he was studying it just froze again. I really don't know what to do as it will be going back for repairs for the 7th time while my son looses out on his work. Really is this how customers must be treated????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
I recently wrote to hello Peter about the tablet that I got from Vodacom, I bought it for my son to use at school, but he does not enjoy it as it was booked in for repairs six times in 1 year. I asked Vodacom to change the tablet as my son's studies are being distributed. Vodacom called me and told me the is nothing wrong with the tablet. My question is they really thing I would just book in a tablet that has nothing wrong six times, and what about their technicians that accept it and book it in for repairs after checking it. And mind you I still have to pay for this tablet for another year and a half. Is this really how Vodacom is thanking me for being a Loyal customer to them for more than 22 years??? I'm really disappointed with their service and I wish they could cancel all my contracts with them I'm tired of this up and down
I bought a tablet on contract which broke more than 6 times. My son is using it for school. Vodacom greenstone service is terrible. My contract is still more than 18 months to go. I have requested for it to be changed several times. Is it fair that I pay for this kind of service.
