I requested a settlement amount for my car account on the 23 September 2025.It was send to me and I settled my account as per settlement amount received.Wesbank send me a letter confirming that I settled the account. On the 26th September a debit order went through my account for the car and I thought it was send already.i kept quiet for weeks and I inquire about the amount that was paid after I settle my account. A good explanation with a promise to refund my money was given.They also apologize for the inconvenience. Aftrr days when I was expecting the money they say they want proof of payment.
I send my prescription to on the 27 Jan to Gems chronic department.During delivery my medication was incomplete.i called the medical aid and they promised to prioritize the delivery of the outstanding medication.I spoke to marara pharmacy that promise to deliver the latest Monday the 17th.i did indicate to them that I defaulted for a week as the result of the delay.Todate I did not receive medication.I made followups today and Khutso promised to make followup and come back to me.I just got an sms that due to weather conditions the delivery will be delayed.Im my area we do not have problems with our roads for delivery.They are just using bad weather to justify the poor service.This companies are really putting our lives at risk and unfortunately I cannot go to any pharmacy as the gems have contractual arrangements with marara that is the weakest link in the industry.so sas indeed
I visited fnb this afternoon after I realized during purchasing that my cheque account card expired yesterday. I was informed that my card is not ordered and I have to wait for a while without a card.in the meantime i should use cash send option as it has to be ordered. I was not notified about the expired card..it's so frustrating that I should carry cash should I wand to purchase as the bank could not assist.
Marara courier serves created a moment of misery again.My chronic medication was not delivered in December.When I inquire today the say,they could not deliver as the address is the school and schools are closed and the have been delivering at my home address for the past 3 months.I am so disappointed.They were supposed to call for making arrangements but as their concern in the business is only to make money and the do not understand the nature of their business.i could loose life because of them
Marara courier is the worst service provider gems contracted with.Medipost was giving us an excellent service.i have been without chronic medication for 2 days and the courier says he has been sent to a wrong address by his office.now it's my problem.he days he doesn't have enough petrol to deliver my medication.he has to go back to the office for rerouting. I took a joint life in 2006 with momentum.Unfotunately in 2017 my wife divorced me.I informed the consultant Salomi oberholzer.She said she is going to split the benefits and the premium..In my I decided to surrender the policy as my financial status has changed.I was told that I cannot surrender the policy I am going to forfeit e everything.I had no choice and a accept .I was informed that I have a joint policy and I cannot cancel without a concern of my ex-wife whom I don't know her where abou***** been 3 months now struggling with the debit or that the cancellation department refises to cancel,I feel that the consultant betrayed me for her own benefits and my money is deducted every month despite my cancellation.i am very disappointed indeed
<div>KRK 186 I transfer the unit from the previous vehicle Kgt118 NW to krk186NW in 2021.I was a continuation of the contract on Kgt118nw and I paid the transfer fee for that transaction.When I have to test the unit now I am informed that I should pay call out fee of 600 as I took a new contract for the vehicle in questions.It means the unit was not positioning since but the take premiums every month.I don't remember taking a new contract I just transferred the unit from the previous vehicle to the new one.This is frustrating indeed.</div>

I went to fnb branch in Hartebees to query an amount of R900 that I deposited at branch atm on the 11th January 2023.I was informed that the amount is not reflect in the system.I took liberty to print the statement from the ATM I used and it reflected in the credit card I closed in March 2022. and seems that credit cards does not exist in their files.The consultant promise to escalated the query and give me feedback and todate I did not hear anything..7303265739087
I called fnb this morning spoken to Watren and requested him to help me with accounts cancellation.He decided to cut my line.i called again and Vanessa gave me the wrong telephone number for credit card division.i called credit card division and spoke to Nomsa and she said it's bussines division.i called again and spoke to Jones still could not get help after speaking to 5 consultants.it a disgrace indeed.Fnb is always creating a moment of misery for me.
