One of my ex-employees had incurred a fine and i requested AARto to transfer this fine to his name with all the relevant paperwork attached, it has been 2 years now and still this fine has not been resolved and i cannot get this vehicle licence disk. This is a department that will shortly be taking care of lots more municipalities but cannot even resolve queries raised with them i see that they do not even respond to reviews of this forum it's a big joke. Anyone found a way to communicate with them that they can share?
I ordered a JOJO tank online, a few days later i received an SMS to say my order has been cancelled due to my delivery address not being in Gauteng which is incorrect, and they have delivered to this address in the past and a refund was on its way when i queried this i was told a manager would contact me as this was not supposed to be the procedure and they should of called me to discuss and alternative address or arrangement. Five days later still no comes from anyone. when i sent an email i am again told the refund will take between 7-10 workings days not sure which part of the queried was not understood i do not want a refund.
My son booked tickets for Rage Ballito Festival and now we are told that no refunds he never even attended these guys are thieves as they can take your money and not even give you anything for it, we need to all stand up against these crooks!!!!
It has taken them a week to try and sort out provisioning on sim cards and it is still not done these sims are at 2 of my clients and for a week I have not been able to give them service would not recommend them for mobile data.
